"We purchased a bathroom vanity from Build.com on July 1, 2024. They claimed to have 20 in stock. AM Home Delivery was identified as the shipping agent. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Finally, a delivery date was identified. Just a couple hours prior to the scheduled delivery, we were notified that the US DOT pulled over the truck and stopped all their deliveries as the drivers had been working too long that day. They overwork their drivers? DO NOT EVER use this service!!! They are irresponsible and dishonest. If I could have given them -10 stars, I would have. DO NOT USE THEM!!!"
"This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My delivery has been rescheduled 3 times after it set in their warehouse for almost 2 weeks. DO NOT use any company who uses them for delivery, AFA store being one."
"The employees of AM HOME transportation Logistics are the WORST. They delivered 3 appliances for me from AJ MADISON and each one was damaged. So damaged that they refused to install them. Told me to go get a plumber. I called the company and complained but no reply. They seem to protect their criminal , low class employees. The 2 guys that came to install , Jimmy and Adrian were the worst. BAD ATTITUDE. Even worse is when I asked to install my range they refused. Then I noticed a BIG DENT on the right side. They dropped my oven/range and didn't tell me about it. Jimmy only hooked up the flex pipe only for me to call a plumber to finish the install.
Came to find out I had a gas leak. AM transportation Logistics, aka AM HOME really ****. BEWARE
Lastly, Jimmy forged my initials in the receipt he sent me via email. He did not even go over the questions with me and signed my initials electronically. Not only can they NOT install but they are criminals and create fraud."

"Unfortunately, their truck driver backed into and damaged my home. They caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. I’ve presented all evidence and notarized documentation to their claims department, emailed them multiple times, called their phone numbers and left voicemails, and haven’t received ONE response in months. At this point, I’ve had to contact an attorney. When you fill out emails on their website, it provides an error so you can’t email them through their website. They don’t provide a local address and Colorado either. Extremely suspect company and now I have to go through the hassle of a long term lawsuit because of their negligence and the amount of damage their driver caused "
"I ordered a new range and it was to be delivered by this firm. They had me confirm a time. I took time off work to be there during my confirmed time and they confirmed my time and appointment. I live in a remote place. The day of my appointment, I came home from work (inconveniencing a lot of people by taking four hours off) and sat around. I also hired someone to help with installation. About two hours in, no stove, so I called them and they indicated that they had decided to deliver two hours early, outside the window I had confirmed but will reschedule. Everybody says, "your time is valuable, we are so sorry," but neither is true. My time is not valuable to them. They are not sorry. This is how they treat people. I need to buy some other appliances and I will refuse to use any business that uses this this delivery service."

"I purchased a walloven and over the range microwave from Appliance Connection on Feb. 11, 2024. On Feb. 12, AM Home Delivery received the appliances in their New Jersey Consolidation Center. On Feb. 18, Tampa Florida received in their delivery terminal.
On Feb. 22 it was SCHEDULED to be delivered to Matlacha , Fl(33993) On Feb. 23 the "delivery not completed".. The address did not match the address listed by Appliance Connection. Appliance Connection had delivery address as 4741 Pine Island Rd NW.
Bradenton Beach, Fl 34217 (Matlacha was the on delivery address of the AM Home Delivery) Because of the different zip codes, my appliances had to be sent to a different delivery terminal that served the different area code. AM Home Delivery has had possession of my appliances since Feb. 12. Appliance Connection lacked the funds to stay in business and closed this week. A rep from AmHome delivery called this morning and told me to call my credit card company for a refund. I said no I want my appliances that AM Home Delivery has had in their possesion since Feb. 12(weeks before Appliance Connection went out of business. I feel this is totally dishonest and unethical.

"I bought a kayak they were supposed to deliver, I live in the suburbs of a large city. I was outside of their delivery range. they offered to meet at a gas station a hour from my location because that's as close as they were willing to come. on the phone they told me they would give me 1.5 hours heads up on delivery. i got a call from their driver saying he was 5 mins away from my location i laughed and said will I'm a hour away. he said he would talk to the dispatcher, about 10 minutes later i get a call saying the driver was waiting at the gas station where was I? I told him i was told the day before i would be giving a 1.5 hour heads up he told me that wasn't the drivers or his job. after me getting upset he had his manager Joe call me who told me i was giving a window of 4 hours and i should have waited for their driver. I was like so let me get this straight I need to drive 2 hours wait for 4 hours for a driver that who knows will show up after reading their reviews, and to make maters worse they were going to hit me with a rescheduling fee. The place i got my kayak from gave me a refund cause I was just tired of fighting with AM trucking!!!"

"After waiting over 4 months for a back ordered refrigerator, it was finally delivered today. Within the first minute the deliveryman looks at the waterline and water valve and said: No way can I install this You need to get a handyman or plumber here. I will not touch it. OK...I called my plumber who came over two ours later and told me that nothing was wrong with either the line or the valve. He said he encounters this act a lot as a plumber. Delivery workers do not want to install refrigerators, washers or dishwashers so they "find Corrosion" in a connection and say no to installation. Furthermore my plumber told me that where I live there is hard water and a little bit of white crusty material around the connections is perfectly normal. My plumber had no problem whatsoever in changing it out...BUT it cost me almost three times what I had paid the store where I bought the installation service. My plumber and I think it is a scam so that delivery drivers can get out of installations BEWARE!!!! My complaints to this delivery company went unheeded. Sorry Ma'am is all I got out of them!!!"
