Multiple deliveries scheduled in panhandle of Florida. Not a single one arrived during the time window given. Customers time means nothing to them. Nothing timely about this company. Communication is awful at best. Unfortunately, vendors contract with these jokers at cheap rates. As an owner of multiple businesses myself, I would be ashamed if my operations, customer service and overall business model, had any similarities to AM Home Delivery. They should be a staring at bankruptcy in the eyes. Good riddance."

"My TV was supposed to have been delivered by 12/20/2022. It arrived in their local warehouse 12/27/2022. They finally delivered the TV 1/25/2023. There was no communication other than me contacting them. They had no idea why my TV hadn't been delivered. They kept telling me that it would arrive in week, but week after week it wasn't delivered... till finally it was. AM Home Delivery is extraordinarily mismanaged. "
"If I could leave no stars, I would. We a delivery scheduled for Thursday with a window of 7:30am-11am. We were stop 2. We watched as stop 3,4,5 and 6 went on but not ours. So I call. We were told our appliances would not fit on the truck. Not one call, text or email. We took off the morning of work and disconnected our stove as they were supposed to take this with them. my husband waited for a call back from this company and was told that the truck broke down so that's why our delivery didn't happen. (Story 2.) I called and spoke with the Rt Manager. I was told that the bad codes wouldn't scan. (Story 3) I told her that we could nit miss more work and needed a Saturday delivery or after work appointment. At the very least, first thing!!! Like 7:30 am or sooner. They call today to say 10-3pm!!!!! They said if that didn't work, we could sign to leave the appliances. We paid for white glove and removal of the old stove!!!!!!!!!!! Worst service ever! "
"I can't imagine why AM Home Delivery is still in business.
The package was picked up in California on Feb 1st and got to the Houston Delivery Terminal on Feb 8th, which is 7 days after it was picked up. On Feb 10th I called them because I got a message from the seller that I should talk to AM Home Delivery for scheduling. They told me that they required 10 business days!!!
Since then the only thing I can get out of these guys is that the Terminal Manager says he has a schedule to keep and that he is not willing to change it.
I was promised the package to be delivered between Feb. 2nd and 6th.
I'll be seeing the Superbowl sitting on the floor.
To them it is perfectly OK to take 3 weeks on a NATIONAL shipment.
They might say that they are sorry, but I honestly don't feel they care one bit."
"Do anything you can to avoid delivery from this company. I got stuck with them because I ordered a dishwasher from Appliance Connection which I guess outsources to A M home delivery. Horrific experience.
First they came and they look at my sink and they're like eh we don't have a long enough hose to install...but also for some reason they bring the new dishwasher into my house and unbox it. In retrospect this was probably to prevent me from saying "ok then take back this dishwasher, I don't want it anymore." Anyway then they tell me I have to go get a longer hose myself and reschedule them to come back another time. There's a Home Depot 10 minutes away but instead of just waiting for me to run and go get this longer hose we argued about it for 10 minutes and they left. This was right before New Year's so the "another time" wasn't until a week later, i.e. today. So I've had a dishwasher in my hallway for the last week. Ok whatever.
The window for them to return today was 6-10pm. At 5:50 I see I have a missed call from 5:40 that looks like it might be them. I call back and after 5 minutes on hold they say because I missed the call (which was before the delivery window, mind you, and I'm now on the phone with them and it's still before the window) they moved on to the next delivery. I've been right by my front door this whole time, they never actually came to my house.
But the woman on the phone says I'll have to reschedule for "another time." After arguing with her for a while, she tells me she'll get the route manager to call me. That was almost an hour ago, still waiting for that call. I hope somebody sues these people into bankruptcy. In any case, if you are ordering some kind of appliance I would recommend first figuring out if it will be delivered/installed through A M and if so, move on to another store."

"I was super nervous reading all the negative reviews, but my experience was really good. I had my dryer delivered on requested day and they provided a window of when to expect them and also received a call when they were 10minutes away. The delivery guys were great! The only thing I want to mention is the phone calls came up as scam, but I still answered since I was expecting a delivery. Yayyy! Dryer was handled with care and looks great! "
"Driver called around 8:15 in the morning, I told him I was at home ,He said he was on the way ,he never showed, I never heard a knock at the door ,next day I call customer service the lady that talk to me was rude and told me that the manager was charging me redeliver fee at $75 they said they took a picture of my apartment which was a lie, I never got a note or email saying they had been by. When the lady on the phone repeated my address to me she did not give me my apartment number which is on the
retailer file I purchase the TV from, I had to tell her myself the apt #. So they had to go to the wrong address if they even came by. This service need to be shut down."

"AJ Madison contracts with AM Trucking. AM Trucking picked up our order on 10/19/2022. And, as of 11/17/2022 still could not provide a delivery milestone other than it had been picked up in California and was in transit to their terminal in Texas (where we reside). As of 11/17/20022 they still could not provide a delivery date until they actually received it at the local terminal, which they could only tell me it should be a few more days - that is just insane in today’s digital environment for tracking anything/everything in supply/logistics/transportation. Heck, I could have driven to California, picked it up and drove back in less time. Cancelled the order all together. AM Trucking cost AJ Madison a lost sale of $12,160. "
"They close at 3:30 for day. They will call to confirm delivery but never show up or let you know they are not coming. I would never buy a product from a company that used this company for deliveries. "Warehouse Manager" hung up on me. "

When they finally did show, they had the delivery driver install our GAS range. This is not legal in the State of Florida, Installer must be gas certified.
This non-certified Installer left a gas leak when he installed the stove. We had to call City to come check the gas situation. City technician said they left us in a very dangerous state.
Also, they do not answer their phone and do not respond to complaints.
Stay away from this company!
It took us two months to even get the delivery!!"
