"I got really lucky but when I was reading reviews on this company I was terrified, my heart literally sank into my stomach. I purchased something totaling $1800 that had to ship freight. It took them 8+ days to receive order had to be picked up. The seller refused to have them deliver because it took so long for them to receive notification. Luckily the seller was able to switch shipping companies. But avoid AM Home Delivery at all costs. If you do hire them, high chances are your item will be lost, stolen or never picked up. I heard they are scammers and the delivery drivers are understaffed, undertrained and sometimes steal. And I read if you try to contact customer service, it might not be until weeks or months you will hear from them."

"The Fischer-Paykel single drawer is smaller than the exact model previous one by three inches. It's created an install nightmare for us because now there's a 3 inch gap in the cabinet hole. Ultimately your chosen installer, AM Home Delivery, tells us, "We don't install mounting platforms." Why would Appliances Connection contract with such a poor service? A mounting bracket is a two-foot long piece of metal you screw into the cabinet. Are you not an installer, AM Home Delivery?

"If you want your shipment on time or want even a remotely prompt shipment even on freight standards do not use. Extremely slow, outright lie, never received one update. Once at my distribution center they scheduled delivery from 6pm to 10pm. Calls me and says they are experiencing a technical issues with the truck. Next day more mechanical issues but will delivery by end of night.... no call no show. Third day an email to confirm a delivery date between 730pm and 1130pm and finally truck arrives at 720pm... how is this business still operational? The company isb lacking any quality traits from a fundamental level. Took 1 month to receive a freezer, just go buy one at a box store and spend am extra 30 to 50 dollars."
"After dictating to me the day they would deliver to me by giving me a 4 hour window requiring me to take the morning off work, they called with only an hour left of their ridiculously long window to let me know that due to "driver emergency" they would not be delivering my appliances and would contact me with a new delivery time. Now they get to hold my appliances hostage for who knows how long. However, if I cancel they are quick to point out that I will be charged a redelivery fee, of course, there is no consideration for my loss of work TWICE OR MORE!"

"I was skeptical about AM Home Delivery after reading the reviews. Too my surprise this company did an excellent job from start to finish delivering our gas range. The two delivery guy's unboxed the range, placed it in the garage and made photos of it. They were friendly and carted away all the excess carton and packing materials. I made sure to let Innovdepot know that we were very pleased with the shipping company. Thank you AM Home Delivery transportation company."
"Ordered a couch through a seller on Amazon and was worried after I saw the reviews for their contracted delivery company. But we had a great experience. No issues, ordered on Aug. 12th, delivered Aug. 28 (estimated delivery was August 30-Sept. 8). Scheduled a delivery time of 10:30 am- 2:30 pm, called at 10:00 am and said they’d be here in 30 mins, they were here in 30 mins. All pieces arrived and delivery was quick and easy! In northern Ohio for reference. The Ohio branch is great! "
"We bought a washing machine from AJ Madison. A&M was hired to deliver the appliance, install it and haul away the old one. When they arrived, the first give away was one guy spoke no English
The second guy then refused to do the installation because he wouldn't move the dryer out of the way for the installation. Yep. You heard that right. He refused to move the dryer do he could install the washer. Lazy-Lazy Unprofessional! Do not use this company."
"Don't blame the truck drivers/delivery guys. Here's my story....They gave me a window of 1 to 5, so I worked a half day from 8 to 12 getting back by 12:45. I call day before to confirm and say I am not available before 1. Get a call from my neighbor. They want to leave with him a 200 pound oven,that will be left in driveway while a rain storm is coming and it's supposed to go up a flight of stairs. "Im confused" I say. Supposed to at 1 at earliest. I told them I even called and said I would not be able to receive before 1.and should reschedule before I take the unpaid day off. So they rescheduled and tried to charge me for it. The company that uses them reach out. I showed them screen shot of time window provided by am home delivery, and they said they would pay for reschedule. So either the management are mongoloids or is a scam to make more money. Appliance Connection were awesome but they should drop AM Home Delivery. They're incompetent "
"My refrigerator and freezer sat in warehouse for two weeks. They promised delivery dates and when I called to confirm they said they didn’t have a truck coming to my area. They told me it would be another week. The appliance company got involved and they moved it up one day. Terrible company. Check to see if your appliance company uses them before you order"

"They were to deliver appliances, went to the wrong house and left without calling me. Rescheduled, after many phone calls, 2 days later and called at 7 and told me their truck broke down. Called support and was told maybe they could get to me the end of next week. Very cavalier. Canceled order. Extremely poor service!!!! Worst Company Ever!!!!!!"
