No show, No delivery and No appliance. Believe the bad reviews as what I have experienced with this company they are true. It's hard for me to also believe that they have had as many good reviews. Ordered a wall AC from 1 Stop Electronics Center, Inc (AKA Appliances Connection) (this is not a bad review on Appliances Connection)
Shipped from NY on 12/01/16, scheduled delivery for 12/09/16. late morning to noon CST
Day comes, Supposedly about an 30 Min out AM dispatch contacts me and lets me know that the driver is on his way to me. Around 45min later Contacts me again (woman dispatcher is clearly frustrated) asking me " Have I been talking to the driver?" I answer no "because he never contacted me" Loosing her patience she replies "Well he's been trying to call you!" then gets the driver on the phone. I reply " I have had no phone calls besides yours". Gets the driver on the phone (she can talk to and hear him I can't) as we try to figure where he is. (to this time I don't know where he was) this lasted only for about 2 min and she very snappy said "unable to deliver" and hung up. So there went that delivery date....
Had to contact AM on the email (seems to be the best way) and with the sellers help found my package this lasted for day and half. Was told this: " As per our notes the truck was too heavy for the road to the customers house and they were not able to use the detour".
I have grain trucks (18 wheelers) go by here all the time at harvest. Along with propane trucks and all other delivery trucks go by here. In simple AM's terms "we can't find your house or don't want to deliver"
So, after this is resolved there is a new date set for delivery.
12/19/16 3 to 7 PM CST. To make shure they know where my house is I send them a detailed map showing 5 ways to get here .....oh ya, from all directions.
Delivery day comes and 3PM comes and goes then 4,5,6, and finally at 7:28 driver calls me and says "sorry he's was running late, he was an hour from my place so do I still want to accept my package?" I reply "yes bring it here and do you know where you are going to get here?" Driver replies "yes he has it in his GPS" then hangs up. 8PM passes then 9,10,11,12 and finally at 1AM I am now upset, I again email AM and stated they are DONE! ,FIRED!
So here I am writing this trying to work with the seller to get my delivery here OR send it back to the seller. AM home delivery is incompetent and don't care about what they do/ at least this region don't. I gotta feel for the drivers as how they treat customers is bad enough. I'm 300 Mi away from their terminal and they can't make my delivery. My location is in Western IA so be warned anyone in the region that has to deal with these clowns. I recommend to anyone buying an appliance that needs to be shipped that they make shure they know what shipping company they get. If you get options, don't use this one. Read the reviews and choose carefully. I didn't do my research and now paying the price like many others. Have other options available and keep the open mind of paying a little more for a competent shipping company.
BTW there is a top 25 LTL list out there and guess what... AM home delivery isn't on it , gee I wonder why!

After being 30 min late and driving by my house finally.
2 guys get out (nice guys) and proceed to open the back of the truck to get to my package while the other give me the the Bill of lading. Put the air conditioner on a moving dolly and let me tell them where I want it.
Where I wanted it was the sidewalk, that's where it went. After looking over the package & impressed that it was in very good shape I told the man with me "I want to see the inside to make shure no damage is there" the delivery man had no issues with that and proceeded to try to remove the plastic carton straps. They have no tools so I get a tool and remove the straps & again no damage was found.
I know this is long winded but I am trying to give you the best look at what I went through over this. Don't expect the delivery to be made in a week or even 2, If you need it quick you won't get it. Prepare to email several times (over days) to get things clear and then don't take anything for granted. Don't count on the drivers to know the area as these guys didn't. If you have a short patience span stay local with you're purchase. I wouldn't use this shipping company again period"
"This company has a bunch of incompetent idiots working for them. They can not follow delivery instructions. They can not tell time. They apparently cant work a phone. Customer service will not let you speak to a supervisor or give you the name or number for a supervisor or district manager or corporate office when they mess things up. What they can do is lie and hang up on you. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They get one star only because I have to give at least one to post this review. Beware of this delivery company if you expect your delivery to be how and when your told because the one thing they are good at is telling lies ! "

"Ordered online a sideboard cabinet. It was shipped from New York and arrived in the Dallas,Tx area and it was driven to the Leander,TX area March, 21, 2016. The driver called when they were about three hours out of the area. They arrived and brought the cabinet to the kitchen, unpacked it, and checked with me for any damage. "I ordered a Flat screen TV from East Coast Tvs that was shipped via their "white glove shipping" through this company. This was without a doubt the WORST experience shopping online and dealing with a shipping company. They never showed up the first 2 delivery dates and then waited another 2 days in between (wednesday to saturday) just to finally make their last attempt LATE. Their communication is terrible and I would NEVER recommend using them. To top it all off the TV arrived DAMAGED!!! Good luck trying to get ahold of them via phone. If you do, plan on staying on hold for 45 minutes. The order tracking on their website is useless."
"10 Business days to deliver from NY to CA. When contacted, customer service was always helpful, courteous, and professional. They did leave a wood pallet with the shipment though and now I am not sure how to dispose of it (I guess saw it into pieces and toss it in the trash?). They called to make a delivery appt and called again 30 minutes prior to delivery. Overall, pretty satisfied with them."
"Took Am trucking to get a TV from NY to MN 28 days, about 1200 miles. that's about the same speed as a wagon train.
When I called them they telling me different dates it would be delivered,they didn't even know, very bad service."
