"We ordered a tv from a company in Atlanta. AmTrucking was supposed to deliver by Aug. 7th. We were told they would call the day before to set up delivery time. Never happened. So we called them. They couldn't find our tv, then they said it would be here today. Called them again today and the supervisor isn't in and she stated they're using another company to deliver our tv because they don't deliver in our area. Mind you, they only have an email address for the delivery company. So you mean to tell me, you entrusted someone with an almost $4000 tv and don't have a phone number?? Don't let me get started on AmTrucking email that says the same thing each time you email them. This company is garbage. I don't know how they're still in business. I'm going to complain about this company every chance I get . Horrible, horrible, horrible "
"Hold my TV for 2 weeks in its receiving dock without any further movement. 4 business days to pick it up from the seller and holding in its dock for 7 business days. In this age of computer and AI, it must be using clip boards and stickies to route packages.
How is this company still in business?"
"Worst delivery service ever. Tracked a package for a week with delivery date if August 1. They call at 6 pm two days early and say Hey we're delivering your bed tonight. I'm leaving for an event as they call and offer to have my son be there to sign for delivery. I'm told that's not necessary just send AM trucking an email saying it's okay to leave package at door. Return home that night no package. Driver notes said no one home. Imagine that! You told me no one needed to be home. Here's the kicker, they won't deliver my bed (yes sleeping on the floor) for another week. Great service. NOT!"

"Never again. Ordered a TV from NewEgg who in turn, used iElectra out of Florida to fulfill the order. iElectra used AM Home non delivery & trucking. Here's a summary:
*Ordered TV on June 2nd. Delivery was quoted by June 10th. (NJ to PA)
*June 10th came and went, nothing from AM Home. Site tracking still showed June 10th.
*June 11th, I called AM and they told me the TV now had to come from California and would arrive at my home in PA by June 19th. Not happy but ok.
*June 19th comes and they call and say they'll be there between 6pm and 10pm. Seemed to be odd hours but OK. They never showed or called.
*June 20th, I called AM to find out where my delivery was and was told the driver had too many hours logged. Was then told they had to schedule delivery again and would call back.
June 21st, nothing from AM so I called them and they said I wasn't scheduled for delivery yet and they had no idea when they would arrive.
June 21st, called NewEgg, iElectra and AM and ensured all knew I cancelled the order. Got a lot of run around but stuck to my position. I no longer wanted a TV that either didn't exist or,
was bouncing around in some jalopy truck for weeks.
Told all they voided the contract by not delivering within 7 business days and if they had a problem with my position, I'd take it to the PA State Atty General office.
AM never updated the status on their tracking site the entire time (always showed June 10th) and iElectra bounced me around multiple times. NewEgg always tried to pass me off to iElectra.
Don't waste your time. A bargain isn't a bargain if you can't receive what you paid for. "
"They picked up a dining sideboard in NJ on June 23. I live in DE. It's been 3 weeks and I still have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. The online "tracking" shows the pick-up date and one in-transit update 11 days later, and nothing else. Each phone call ends with a new 3 day window promised and a "someone will call you soon". No one has ever called me. Not once. I will never order from a company that uses them again. "
"Unfortunately, I did not choose this company and they are holding my $2,600 appliance and will not answer the phone, when they do, all they say is we will call you back. This is the worst company ever. I will have to seek legal advice or press charges for stolen property. Why any company or person would use this delivery service is crazy. I do not even need it installed, just delivered. "

AM Picked up a chair to be returned to the vendor in Missouri.
We took pride in preserving the chair while we waited almost 3 weeks for AM to get here. Finally, they arrived on 6/20/19. Two non-english speaking gentlemen manhandled a fairly expensive chair with very little respect for my property. They nearly took an expensive lamp down as they exited my home in a haphazard, hurried manner. When asked for the paperwork they initially refused and then finally gave me an invoice. Very unprofessional, ripping the wrappings off and throwing a cushion on the wet ground.
Are you kidding me? You might be better off doing the moving yourself. Even consider carrying it on your back before you call. The Furniture Store is the one that uses AM and I feel bad that they stoop to this level for their customers."
"After 3 months, I have a $10k range that is not properly installed and an appointmetn that keeps getting pushed to the following week.
Late March 2019 - call to try to get installation scheduled for early April.
Early May 2019 - installer come, but don't have correct equipment to get range into my house
May 24, 2019 - clueless installers come and "install" the range before my husband told them to get out in fear they may cause permanent damage to the range our our home.
June 13, 2019 - The range is only resting on 3 of 6 feet, it is between 2-2.5 inches away from the back wall since the installers didn't place the gas line extension correctly in the back of the range, it is not level, the range is pushed into the opening between the cabinety with the protective wrap still in place. Per customer service on May 24th my range was supposed to be correctly installed the followign week."
"I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst delivery service ever. They are terrible. We needed appliances delivered to an unoccupied rental unit. We asked them to call us 20 minutes in advance so we could get there on time to meet them. They did not call in advance. They called when they arrived and said they would only stay ten minutes. I drove over in 8 minutes and they had left already. They were rude and unhelpful and would not come back that day. Would not schedule to come back for five days. We canceled our order with teh appliance company because AM trucking is so horrible. Do not use them. If your company uses them, cancel your contract. They are bad news and they should all lose their jobs."
"They are horrible! Delivery was late, supposedly came to our house but didn’t knock on the door at all (husband was here the entire time slot checking diligently) Agent said he tried to call me 3 times, but amazingly nothing on my call log. Now have to reschedule for late next week (maybe) if we are in your area. “We don’t go to all areas every day” Literally shipped my couch I paid $3000 all the way from Dallas to Tulsa, 4 hrs for nothing. Agent could care less! Tried to cancel but he said there would be a restocking fee! Such a joke! "
"Honestly this could be a delivery, customer service or guarantee issue, because they are awful at all of the above. AM Trucking is the WORST delivery service EVER. They are the third party responsible for delivering a couch I purchased. I contacted them via email either last week or the week before to make sure they had my contact info, because I had a problem with them delivering things in the past. They replied "thank you so much, we will deliver it "Mon/Tue/Wed" that would have been this week. I didn't get a call to schedule delivery by Wednesday, so I emailed them Wednesday morning requesting a phone call to schedule delivery. I didn't get a phone call. I didn't get an email. I got radio silence. Yesterday, I called them and was told they didn't deliver my couch because I reschedualed. I did not reschedule. IT HAS BEEN IN THEIR DELIVERY TERMINAL SINCE THE 16TH! I of course could not get a hold of anyone in charge because they had already left for the day. I was told they would be back today at 9 am today. I waited until 9:20 am and called them. The phone representative told me that my things will be delivered next week, (because I reschedualed the delivery) and was unwilling at first to send me to the person in charge until I demanded. Although they did transfer me, I didn't get a person, but a voicemail. I left my contact info, but will not hear back from them. How do I know? This isn't the first time I have had issues with them."
"This company had our order for over a month. I had to threaten them with theft charges in order to get them to deliver my order. Then their delivery guys scratched my brand new floor! I submitted the invoice through email for reimbursement after having my floor repaired and they send this response: Please note, claims will be processed only if you notified us within three (3) days of delivery or of the incident. In order for us to expedite the process and handle your claim in a fair and timely manner, please e-mail the following:
Provide in the subject line of your e-mails the date of loss/damage and the tracking/ order number.
Submit a signed notarized statement describing in detail WHEN (date), WHERE (detail location /area) QUANTITY of the area surface to be repaired (exact SIZE /SQF) and HOW (detail description) the incident or damage occurred. Please also state in your notarized statement that this damage was not there prior to the date of delivery.
Clear pictures/videos of the damaged vehicle/property/area of merchandise, taken from different angles. If the size of the media exceeds the maximum size allowed by your e-mail provider, please inform us by e-mail and we will e-mail you a link that you can use to upload your data.
Important: Before you repair the damages, please e-mail two estimates from two different licensed body shops or License contractors. The estimate repair report format should be itemized and quantified. It should itemize the cost of parts, cost of labor, quantities and total time frame (days/hours) to repair the damage(s). In case of property damages to your house, clear floor plans of the rooms to be repaired, has to be attached to the estimate repair report. We reserve also the right to commission an independent body shops or contractor to estimate the damages.
If the claim is related to vehicle damages, please e-mail a police report and your vehicle registration.
I paid for a service, they epically failed at providing satisfactory service, and now they expect me to jump through hoops to get reimbursed for the damage they caused! Don't use them unless you like getting screwed. "
"I bought a fridge out of NJ that shipped on 2/4.. 2/25 now and they cant tell me why its in TX somewhere when it just needed to go to AR. Very poor service.. any positive review on here has to be phony"
"Only deliver to this area once a week. Got email with delivery date and time. They went to the wrong house and now I have to wait another week. Horrible service and very rude on phone. Never again."
