Delayed delivery

"Today, we were supposed to get a couch from Poly and Bark. We get a call from AM home delivery saying, they cannot get through the gate on our military base. As my husband is trying to figure out ways to get them on, then the driver finally admits to his drivers license being expired. On top of that, he said, you will have to wait 2-3 more days to reschedule. Being a bit disappointed, we asked if they could reschedule for today. Since the trucker driver did not have a key component to doing his job, we felt the whole entire situation was very unprofessional. I would think, someone at the company would keep track of expired license, so that truck drivers aren’t driving illegally. "

Terrible Service

"Ordered a washer from AJ Madison. Was given a delivery window weeks after the order. Happened to be the one week we’re out of town. I called and asked them to change the delivery. The rep assured me no problem. Well, while we were on vacation they attempted to deliver and then emails us that we were not there, and may be responsible for a re-delivery fee. Get home, schedule the day. Take off work. The window ends and no delivery. I call customer service and they allege that they attempted delivery but no one was home. First off, I was here all day and had my phone on me all day. Second of all, I live in a gated community and if they had attempted to call us from the gate (the instructions were given to the customer service reps) it would have rang to my cell. I had ZERO missed calls all day. I call customer service and they tell me I wasn’t home, they couldn’t deliver. Seriously?! No one attempted to reach me. No effort at all. I was here, phone in hand waiting on this delivery. Honestly T this point I want to return the washer and just go buy one locally. "

Terrible experience

"I ordered a item shipped from New York. AM Home Delivery picked up shipment and timely got it to the Nashville terminal where it sit for a MONTH needing to be brought east on Interstate 40 eighty miles. I live approximately 1 mile from the exit. Item just needed to be dropped off.
Very disappointed.

On time delivery and excellent service

"James D and Anthony H were right on time and did an outstanding job of delivering and assembling a very large wine cabinet. They were very careful with the large items and made sure to assemble all the pieces correctly. They were very clean, and picked up well after the delivery. They were very professional and contradicted all the negative reviews we have seen. "

Absolutley the worst

"These guys tried to get aout of a delivery by saying our contractor refused the delivery. I AM THE CONTRACTOR working on my own house. I never refused any delivery. This is after month of waiting and receiving a damaged fridge. The absolute worst"

Worst Delivery Company EVER!

"If I could give negative stars I would.

Due to their inability to deliver even after multiple changes of delivery dates I have spent a lot of $ rescheduling flights and extending my rental car.
I explained this was a second home when I ordered the appliances from Appliances Connection and was told "it would be no problem". They meant for them not me.
Eventually the appliances got delivered, and then the drivers did not want to
take 2 items upstairs (I paid extra for 2 items upstairs). They intentionally kept
slamming the Refrigerator and Range into the railings, screen door, door jambs, and dropped the Range on the Stairs.
Their policy is that the seller is responsible for the damage they did to the appliances. The seller's policy is that I have to ship the damaged items back at my cost and with insurance I pay for and they will
refuse shipment if the items were damaged in transit.
It is an insurance scam as the items were already damaged in transit by their own shipping contractor.
Customer service is impossible to contact, and when I did finally get someone to answer, they told me "it is not my department" and "there was no management that I could talk to".
I sent an email with the info and many pictures to the address they provided within the 2 day period they allow. I have not had a response, and I can't find out my claim number.
After 15 phone calls, I finally got to speak with a person in Claims. They found my emails, but would not give me my Claim number and then hung up on me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will not be treated fairly when they screw up your delivery and damage your property.

The worst delivery experience, ever.

"Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received, they don't even deserve one star. I don't know how these people are still in business. I had a delivery scheduled which I told them very clearly I needed an hour lead time to get to the delivery location, as I do not live at the residence its being delivered to. The delivery guy calls me 5 minutes prior to arrival then laughed at me when I told him I needed him to wait for 15-20 min for me to get there.

I rushed to get to the house where I'm doing renovations and needed the appliances being delivered to finish my kitchen that was supposed to be installed the next day. When I get there no delivery truck, they didn't call to notify me or the company they were leaving, left me waiting there for 2 hours in the middle of my work day as their status still said on the way while they didn't answer their phone. When I finally got a hold of them the truck driver told me he had to "move on" and promptly hung up on me, then let me know he was "off the clock" when I called back although there was still and hour and half left on my delivery window.

Managers are impossible to get a hold of, the one I was able to speak to told me he would be me scheduled the next day after discussing the events with him, then never got back to me and sends me to voicemail every time I call. Four days later I still do not have a delivery date rescheduled and it is not costing me money to get my contractor back for another full day to install our appliances, let alone the time I have spent attempting to settle this. My advice to you, don't waste your time with these people, its very clear that no one at this company cares much about their customers.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

"After weeks of waiting for my couch, I finally received the text confirming my delivery. On the day of the scheduled delivery, I never received a call saying they were on their way. After work, I call the customer service and the rep said that they tried to deliver but could not find my apartment complex so the driver just left. I then had to wait a few more days. Next, I was stop 10 on their route and when I called to see where they were, they were on stop 8. After a few hours of more waiting, I called back and the driver got hurt so they had to stop the route. They told me they would prioritize my delivery for the next morning, that being New Years Eve. I get a voicemail that morning saying they couldn't do the delivery because of the weather and it being a holiday and that they would have it to me Tuesday the next week. I called on Monday to make sure that it would still be on Tuesday. NOPE, they wouldn't get it to me till Thu/Fri. They FINALLY delivered it on Wednesday. Long story short, they are LAZY LIERS with a catchphrase of "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". That is all I heard from them. If you see that they are the company delivering your order, just cancel it. I promise, it is not worth the hassle. If I could give them negative stars, I would!!"

I was happy

"Well I had my doubts based off reviews after I realized they were the shipping company for game liquidations. I will say that the whole turn around time was slow but that was the shipping criteria I was informed of when I bought my tv. With all that said, aside from slow and a little, less than perfect, tracking data, I received a text for confirmation saying when the delivery was expected.it was a 7 pm to 11pm window on a Friday night which was perfect because I work during the day. The tracking still said that the tv was scheduled for correct delivery time but never showed that it left the facility so I was a bit worried that everything was going to go down from there. It didn't. I recieved a text at around 6:45 saying the truck would be here in 10 minutes. It was, the workers were cool, social, careful, and compliant. I had the white glove delivery and they made it a point to say they had to bring it in and plug it in to inspect for any issues. They didn't even want me to help. When I ordered the tv I saw a section in the cart to leave an advance tip for the delivery guys. I had no intension of paying more money when I had already paid for white glove and warranty ect. The way I see it is these guys get paid for rhe job they are doing. It's not like a waitress getting less than minimum wage. However, after my pleasant experiece I told them to hold on a second and grabbed them $50. They were even almost reluctant to take it saying, "that's not necessary but thank you". I was completely satified with the transaction overall. There are so many bad reviews that I felt the need to explain my experience."

AM Trucking is the worst shipping company hands down

"Preface this with, I wish I could leave negative stars as this has been the most infuriating company to deal with. I ordered a $1,500 couch 2 months ago and have still not received it. Initially the truck broke down and they were "unable" to find another one, which is a lie because they use Penske trucks which are readily available in my area. The following week I am supposed to be getting the item delivered on Monday inside of a 5 hr window. I get a call saying the driver is 10minutes away, and I work 30minutes away. I call customer service which puts me in contact with the driver who informs me that they will wait the 20minutes outside my home and wait for me. When I get home I come to find a "sorry we missed you" note on my door timestamped 4 minutes before I arrived at home. Nothing more frustrating with speaking with someone over the phone and then having them leave right before you get there. The delivery is now 2 months late. I will be checking future companies on if they use AM trucking and specifically not ordering from them in the future. "

Wrong color furniture

"Derrick and Mateo would great! Professional, courteous and on time.

The furniture delivered was the wrong color so it needed to be returned. Derrick told me I’d get a phone call asap to reschedule the delivery. I have not heard back from them.
