I was initially looking to purchase a parts manual just so I could order the correct parts, but everything was supplied on your site. The pricing, in my opinion was very reasonable & the delivery was quick. The only very slight problem I had was with the delivery description. It seemed that all the parts would be delivered in one package when in reality there were four seperate deliveries. The only reason I bring this up is because at first I thought some parts were missing. That was the only minor problem I encountered. "

"Well, after putting me off for about two months (I had sent multiple emails asking the status of my order) A1 finally told me that one of my ordered parts was not available. This was in spite of the fact that their web site showed the part "IN STOCK" both when I ordered it, AND still as of now. They cancelled my order and issued a refund.

Very poor customer service and overall performance in this case! Afraid I am NOT impressed!
