I placed order 238956 on Oct 12, 2012 for $20.99 $6.99 shipping. I received my order on Oct 18, 2012.
The order consisted of 1 item, not 11 as indicated on the web page. I phoned ***-***-**** ans spoke with James. He indicated that it was clear on the web page that 11 was the number needed, but that the item was for only one. This is not the case. I was looking at the webpage while speaking with James. I asked him where on the webpage the information was, he replied that he could not tell me exactly, but that it was there. He offered no solution. The item I ordered is a small piece of rubber similar to a grommet about 1/2 inch in diameter. It is used on a stove and the stove uses a total of 11. The price paid seems a bit high for a set of 11, much moreso for a single piece. I see nothing on A-1's main page or on the part number page indicating that this was for a single unit instead of a set of 11.
