"I was very impressed and please with A Matter of Fax. They had the item I needed for $100.00 less than anywhere else so I saved money and they were quick about getting it delivered. "Well, I can say that they try, but I see many pitfalls in this reseller:
- The main problem is their tendency to charge you for shipping ($17.30 in my case) when you are buying a free shipping item. This may be due to technical details: their site is quite primitive and relatively dysfunctional.
- The system that they use for customer service, C-Liason, is worthless. I tried communicating with them through that without much success.
- Their customer service makes certain annoying mistakes, like not considering the hour difference when placing calls, or revealing information (like my last name) in their public rebuttal of this review.
- In my opinion, an online reseller shall be able to have customers satisfied without them needing to have a "real presence" (i.e. phone communication, et cetera). Of course many customers love that personal communication -but a lot of them don't care about that, as long as they still get the proper service.
I don't think I can recommend them."

The fax I tried to purchase on their website was no longer available but they did have the newer model which was a little more money. I asked for a discount on the shipping which helped offset the higher price for the newer model which I thought was fare. "
"I was looking for printer toner and the company had an easy to manage website. I sent in my order within 5 minutes of starting a search. Pricing was competitive and the product arrived within a week. I'm waiting to finish using my remaining toner in my printer, so the actual product has not been used yet. It does, however, look to be of standard quality expected in any printer toner. Based off of the customer service received, pricing, and timliness of the order I would recommend A Matter of Fax to a friend when looking for office supply needs.

"I placed an order that was misrepresented as new when in fact it was a refurbished unit. The gentleman explained to me that a refurbished unit was as good as a new one and would I like him to continue with the order. I then had to explain to him that the website, and in turn google.com had misrepresented the printer and pricing. He in turn responded “so you no what refurbished?” No I didn’t want a pre-broken printer that Xerox might have fixed. I did pass the story on to my other managers and employees, hoping they will never purchase anything from A Matter of Fax. The worst experience with a tech company I’ve had in a long time. This experience makes me loose a bit of faith in the Google stores ratings. "
