"I ordered from A Matter of Fax because they had the lowest price on my projector bulb.

The item page indicated that it qualified for shipping but at check out a 15$ shipping charge was added. Even so, the price (115$ shipped) was one of the lowest prices on the internet.

7 days later they had not charged my card so I went to their online customer service system to discover that they had canceled my order without contacting me.

I emailed them about this and they indicated the item was out of stock and they couldn't wait for it to come in stock or give me a rain check.

Also, the automatic reply says that they don't accept attachments and that such emails are automatically deleted without being read. So you can never send them an invoice or screen shot!

They now list the same item (same URL, same SKU) for 188$.

So either they didn't like the price that they sold it to me for or they are listing items that they don't have in stock.

I dropped it at this but ONLY because they never charged my card.
