"I purchased a refrigerator on-line. The delivery guys called the morning of the delivery to give me a window of delivery times and that if they would be earlier, they would call me. I did get a call that they were running ahead of schedule and asked if would be okay to come early. My response, of course, was yes! When they arrived, they were very nice and friendly. They unpacked the fridge in the driveway and brought it down into the basement. They finished unwrapping the protective covering and packing cardboard inside the fridge; leveled the fridge and plugged it in. They answered all my questions. AWESOME experience! I love doing business with Abt."
