They were experienced and were spot on with every aspect. Took the time to go over all 3 appliance, fridge, oven, and dishwasher, talked about the features of the specific brand even though I know they deal with dozens of different brands. They also talked about what other services ABT can offer that you may not realize such as reverse osmosis filters and home security systems. "The crew was late for my scheduled appointment. Unprofessional and decided to not fulfill the requirements of my order. I was stuck having to install the appliance by myself, when I had ordered it from the company. The crew didn’t believe me and I had to show them my receipt. Furthermore, I was stuck doing the job I paid for. I was referred by a colleague, but I personally would not recommend them. "

"We just had a new washer and dryer delivered and installed and the guys who took care of this went out of their way to ensure everything was done properly and that everything worked as expected, including a check and minor adjustments to the dryer vent hose. They were very professional and more than available to answer any questions we had."
"I had a water heater go bad, allegedly inside the warranty period. However, Abt wanted $179 just to come take a look to verify that the product *they sold me* would be covered under the warranty. If it was, a new water heater would be covered -- but not the installation, something like another $330. In the best of all worlds, it would cost be over $500 for my "free replacement" + two separate visits which they can't narrow down to less than a 6 hour window.

"I have purchased a LG refrigerator from ABT in 2016, recently my fridge has stopped working and I have been in communication with LG and ABT to fix it. It has been going on for almost 2 months and they both (LG and ABT) can not fix it. I have talked to multiple people and I keep on getting a run around. They keep coming and fixing it but never do. All they do is set up more repair appointment for the following week! I tell them they just send me a new refrigerator, because they have spend more in part by know and they cannot fix it! It's like they don't know what to do or what they are doing. The Managers (Ray and Ryan) at ABT are not willing to help, all they tell me is that I have a service appt. on so and so day. ABT does not help the customer out once the product has left the store. I can see that first hand. The first time a service tech came out all he did was take a picture of the fridge and charged me $169 and left. Then LG came out a week later with parts, which did not fix the problem, Then ABT techs came out a week later again, and what do you know, it was still not working. So LG came out again a week later, and replaced some more things and guess what its still not working. Therefore, I call back and oh, it shows me that you have another appt. scheduled for the following week to service the refrigerator. I'm like are you kidding me!!!! This has been going on for way to long. I only have frigde and in the middle of summer and kids are off of school. THIS IS COMPLETLEY UNACCEPTABLE. They didn't even offer to send me a temporary fridge, I had to ask about it. It's like how would they feel if it was there own house without a fridge. I have spoken to so many people between LG and ABT and am not getting anywhere!!! ABT is a joke at this point. I am never buying any products from them again!!! If I can spear someone else from this headache, that would be great! "
