"The Whirlpool ice maker I ordered did not have the filter included as stated in the owners manual. I spoke with a young lady in Customer "no service" and after explaining the situation she started to argue with me and tell me the ice maker I purchased does not have a filter! (It clearly does). She then switched me over to a salesman. He was initially helpful and said he'd get one to me. After five days I was told the filter is being shipped via standard delivery (7-10 days)! I am very disappointed in the uncaring attitude and follow up."

That second notification never came. I called customer service, and they were helpful and confirmed that my fridge was ready for pickup. The pickup itself then went just fine, and I got no troubles with my purchase so far.
