"I preorder the Xbox one s and said the product was eligible for free shipping. Because the order was a pre-order they knew it was being released August 23 but was not sure when the item would reach their warehouse. Once the item was at the warehouse they would then ship the item to me. It was frustrating because they would not tell me when the order would be arriving or even give me an option to select the type of shipping offered (standard, express 2-day, etc). So now that the item has shipped I'm stuck in a pickle and will be leaving for college 3 hours away and I was hoping the package would arrive before I left on the 27th (5 days from when the Xbox was released). However that is not the case and Abt created a huge hassle where I have to find time as a college student to drive a total of 6 hours to receive a package from Abt. "
