"We ordered two large TVs from ABT. After 7 phone calls during which I stated the delivery drivers would have to actually deliver the TV, not have me meet them in the basement garage, I finally went down to the garage. At this point, the drivers changed their minds, and although they insisted they hadn't brought the proper equipment to carry two TVs up to my building, they managed to do so after I gave them cash. I had a contractor (unrelated to ABT) install the TVs, and he noticed that there was a large crack down one of the TVs. When I called, the customer service rep seemed very confused over the fact that I was upset. The rep kept telling me that "it's okay to bring the TV into the space" when the delivery had occurred over an hour before. There was no effort made to explain the situation, and after repeating myself several times, I finally hung up. When I found out the TV was broken on top of it, I called ABT who let me know they would send a replacement Friday. It's now Monday, and I had to call again. The rep this time let me know that there was no record of my requesting a new TV due to the first being smashed, so he would set up a new time for me to get the TV in two weeks (they are very busy). This rep was then going to call me back "in 5 minutes" to confirm. It's been 7 hours, and still no call. I am very disappointed in this experience, and ABT in general."
