"I’ve been buying from Accessories less for over 12 years. Including a $10,000 pair of speakers. Everything has arrived in good condition. Everything has worked flawlessly with no exceptions. Once I had one of their packages stolen from my front porch they replaced it no questions asked. I highly recommend this seller."
"I received a $4500 pair of speakers with a dented driver and covered in handprints. I photographed the damage and emailed. They would not refund and closed my account so I could not process a return. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. "
"I bought a soundbar from them and 3 weeks later it died. Their website said it had a 90 day warranty, and any defective items they would pay shipping back. They aren't doing either because I don't have the original box. Basically just telling me to pound sand. Will definitely never buy from there again. $300 down the drain."
"May be I got lucky : KEF subwoofer and speakers like new !"
"I have a rule to always buy new: homes, cars, and electronics in particular. But inflation hit the high-quality receiver market hard this year. I love Yamaha receivers, but this year's flagship is $3500, the lesser 9.2 RX-A6A is $2500! That huge increase gave me pause to consider the advice I read on AVS Forum to try a refurb from Accessories4Less...a company I'd never heard of.
What I wanted was 11.2 channels of processing, 9 internal amps, solid power (150w/ch) and specs, iPad control and Yamaha's DSP. All of the additional excellent features are great, but secondary for my needs. So I clicked on the link for A4L website and found a Yamaha RX-A3050 that met my needs. It was stressful buying a refurb, but the website noted the receiver was a factory refurb (that's important). As a programmer I noticed that the website was competently designed and functional. Payment and delivery was excellent; the receiver came 3 days earlier than expected.
The box that came looked new with package straps and tape that looked like it had never been opened...this took a lot of stress off me. When opening, the internal packaging was like new; I was pleasantly surprised. The receiver and remote looked close to new as well...it was obvious the factory took time to look at all details. All 22 binding posts were tightened down, the front faceplate was perfect, the firmware had been updated to the latest version, the remote came with new batteries and the frame was free of defect...wow...it looked excellent!
After a few hours of setup and connection to my LG OLED and SVS speakers (6 surrounds, 3 full range, 2 subs), came the moment of truth. I ran a favorite YouTube HD music video through the system using my iPad control over the receiver. My jaw dropped, haven't felt this good in years, I was dancing! The sound stage was pristine, powerful and magnificent. The high end DAC's produced superb airy DSP and ATMOS that you'd expect from a Yamaha flagship. This is the best receiver I've ever owned!"
"This is my second time purchasing an AV receiver from Accessories4less. Not only do they have great products and great prices, they also have excellent customer service.
I was having issues with my new AV receiver and contacted them through email on a Friday night after closing They are closed on weekends). I got a response the next day troubleshooting my issue. after a few back and forth replies. We figured out the issue and now the AV works perfectly. They could have waited until Monday to respond, but they responded on their day off.
They were very responsive and courteous to me my questions. I can's say enough about how incredible the support team is."

"I had just ordered a Denon S760H. I was having issues with the setup assistant and connecting to my network. Jeff walked me through a firmware revert and it fixed all of my problems. Really happy with the customer service I received."
"Bought a Yamaha AV receiver and 2 days later the price was lowered. I requested a price adjustment and was denied. Pathetic customer service. Will not buy anything every again from this site."
"Got personalized service working with Jeff G. He was so helpful and the purchase was smooth as silk. My new speakers were shipped immediately and I received them just two days later!
I have been listening to the R7’s for two weeks and I am very satisfied with them.
Thank you for a great purchasing experience, Accessories4Less!"
"I had issues with the Yamaha Wx50 speakers I purchased from Accessories For Less.. they helped me pick a much better replacement to fit my needs... they are more than just a wholesaler.,... they know Audio."
"Please make sure you are 100% confident you are buying the right product. This is not Amazon, if you dont like the product the return fees are crazy. I bought a Denon receiver for 450$ , I didnt like the the device so I ended up returning it, and the return fees added up to 150$. They dont refund you the shipping cost, they charge a 20$ restocking fee and I had to pay 90$ for the shipping it back to them."
"I purchased a YAMAHA RX-A1070 home theater receiver from Accessories4Less a few years ago. After receiving the home theater receiver and connecting it to my LG OLED TV, I started experiencing significant problems. I contacted Accessories4Less only a few days later to return the receiver and explain the issues.
When my PlayStation 4 loads a 4K HDR video game, the TV picture would begin "freaking out" with serious garbled signal problems. I found that the picture would reset and return to normal if I disconnected the HDMI cable and reconnected it. But then the problem would creep back and reappear the next day. The receiver was onviously having difficulties with 4K HDR signals. I even upgraded to the latest firmware, and the problems continued.
Mark at Accessories4Less responded to my return request and explained that my HDMI cables were the issue, even though they were rated and tested for 18 Gbps and 4K HDR. I insisted that the problem was with the receiver and not the HDMI cables. The receiver was the weak link. I eventually relented and purchased new HDMI cables, and the distorted signal problems persisted. But Accessories4Less insisted it was my HDMI cables. It wasn't.
Eventually, I gave up and dealt with the distorted signal problems. Sometimes my home theater worked flawlessly, and other times the signal problems return. I found that the picture would reset and return to normal if I disconnected the HDMI cable and reconnected it. It was annoying, but it was cheaper than buying a new home theater receiver.
Sometime later, I became more frustrated with the persistent signal problems and purchased high-end AudioQuest Forest HDMI Cables and reconnected my home theater system. Not surprisingly, and to my disappointment, the problems continued.
By this point, I was well outside the return policy and unable to return the defective YAMAHA RX-A1070 home theater receiver. New home theater receivers were challenging to find through much of last year because of supplier shortages. Finally, I upgraded to a new Onkyo receiver supporting the latest 4K/8K and HDR protocols. Surprise, surprise, I don't have any signal issues whatsoever!
I'm incredibly disappointed that Accessories4Less sold me a lousy home theater receiver, refused to return it, and offered terrible technical advice. "
"Bought a refurbished soundbar at a great deal. Item was delivered fast, professionally packaged and perfectly working.. item looks brand new and will definitely order from them again "
"I was very excited when I bought Canton bookshelf speakers but they arrived in severally damaged box so I requested return label to ship them back . That's when problem started , they refused to take them back and threatened me that they will charge me $80 for shipping back and wanted me to open box and inspect them which I did . Bottom edge of speaker was affected by impact and it was damaged . Then they want me to test them to see if they work , I said that I'm not interested in keeping damaged speakers for full price and I'm not going to waste my time and test these speakers unless they offer me discount . Finally after week of email exchanges they offered $50 discount on $400 speakers with damage which I declined . Now all I want is to return them and get my money back so I don't have to deal with this shady company ever again and I advise everyone to do the same and stay as far away as you can or you will be sorry like I'am .
