"I have been purchasing A4less since the beginning of my audio journey and have been really really happy.
the level of knowledge and more importantly patience that they have show has been second to none.
I bought the 5.1 canton GLE combo and Marantz sr5013 originally from Mark @A4Less last year.
Like everything after a few months I wanted more Mark gave me a clear path he stopped me from buying a super expensive new receiver and bigger speakers instead he suggested a great amp the Marantz mm7055
and a second sub. The results where NIGHT AND DAY.
I bought a new TV started having audio dropouts I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Marantz and Samsung no one could figure it out. Messaged Mark in the message app on the site and literally without no hesitation he told me what was wrong and how to fix it.
Thanks again, you have a customer for life.

"I was looking for a new cd player to replace my Yamaha cd 5050 that works perfectly. But it's 30 years old so I thought I would try something new I was skeptical in sound quality of my Yamaha it's a great player.and never failed me for 30 plus years and ways 29 pounds.but I have to say the marantz will give you goosebumps more open in sound stage than the Yamaha could be me. Hoping to get 30 years from this one. Thanks Monty Dean "
"First off, the pricing was exceptional. The first time I found them through Amazon and purchased a refurbished Marantz pm8006. Shipped quicker than expected and worked flawlessly. Next, I was looking for a new receiver that had pre-outs to send digital signals to the 8006 and also replace an older Sony unit. Decided on a refurbished Marantz 5014 due to versatility and price, since this is in a secondary room primarily used for music and not the main room which is for television/movies. Anyhow, got the shipment quickly and efficiently again, except I had issues with getting signals to the TV via HDMI. I sent them an email letting them know the situation. Mark mentioned it could be the HDMI cable, which I wasn't sure about since it had worked fine with the Sony. So I did a factory reset and still nothing. So I tried the cable route and sure enough, Mark was right. Basically, they have great products and excellent after-purchase service for an unbeatable price. Will use them anytime I'm looking at upgrading or enhancing my stereo equipment. Thanks again Mark!

"Horrible experience. My advice, never ever buy from this seller... Bought a re-furbished from them and received a completely dead item right out of the box even if certified verify + terrible shipping / packaging which cannot handle this type of 60 pounds receiver. Thx to Amazon and their protection policies (and reputation), when I wanted to return it, I got contacted by accessories4less who agreed to return it and covered all the fees (shipping cost included). Returned it and got money back to the penny. Story could stop here and beside losing my time, at least got my money back. Unfortunately, when accessories4less contacted me about this bad receiver, they offered me to buy a brand new one (no open box) with 3-years warranty from Denon for only $100 more than the re-furbished directly from them and guess what... I fall for it. Gave them my credit card, ordered a new one and here we go... Got it a week later, looks good, original box and everything in but the really first time I plugged the receiver, no front display on the receiver came up... Whatever I tried to do, reset, factory reset... the display never came up. It is a $4K receiver and I don't except this from Denon (i owed 3 others receivers from them). In a row, two bad receivers from Denon... I contacted accessories4less for a return and they did agree for it but I have to cover the cost of shipping back and I will be charged for original shipping cost + restocking charge ($300) if the receiver was not defective. No issue, I knew the receiver was defective and I was not expecting to argue its working conditions... I was wrong, accessories4less charged me for shipping and for re-stocking fees claiming the receiver I returned was tested and fully functional. I argued, I went back and force with them to prove my case, they sent me a video of the receiver with a working display but showing me a serial # which I truly believe was altered... Basically it is my words against their words and did go quiet after that as many have reported on their reviews... No one as customer should experience this. If you said the receiver is defective and return it, as a customer you should be trust as such and get your money back... Bottom line, I spend over $500 for shipping fees, re-stocking for no product... Free money I gave and spent for them... This seller in my mind is a scam and I will make sure Amazon and Denon knows about it and they should never do business with them. The power of people opinion through review are huge for business. I hope mine will serve the point and nobody else experience this."
"I have ordered speakers and they arrived safe in brand new condition.
They answered my emails extremely fast.
Highly recommended seller !!!
Thank you

"The refurbished Yamaha receiver I bought arrived with shipping damage (not visible from outside the box)- the Styrofoam was cracked, so the front of the unit was hit, and it cracked the volume knob off, as well as dented the front faceplate. I sent an email with photos the same day, and customer service responded the next morning with a FedEx return shipping label. They sent me a replacement unit as soon as they received notification that I dropped off the damaged unit at FedEx. So less than 5 days later I had my replacement unit, which arrived in perfect condition. They even opened the box to inspect this unit and added additional packing materials before shipping it out. Great job guys!"
"Very quick response to a concern and excellent customer service. Will be a repeat buyer. "
"Their prices on refurbs are good, but shop here at your own risk. If you have to return something you have to pay return shipping (over $40 for a receiver), then they deduct their original shipping charge (even if it was free shipping they take out what they paid) from your refund as well as charge a restocking fee. I was out over $80 just because I returned an item that sounded like garbage and couldn't have been working properly and have nothing to show for it. Never again will I deal with this company no matter how much of a deal it appears to be. Stick with Amazon and you'll never have an issue like this if something needs to be returned. "
"I purchased a factory reconditioned Denon from Accessories 4 Less which arrived DOA - I was not getting any sound out of it at all - it would not even enter setup mode correctly. Their Tech Support was very helpful making sure it wasn't something I did. I put a call into them this past Thursday. On Friday they gave me a return label, and I shipped the unit back the same day. The next day I received the replacement Denon, which is working great! Accessories 4 Less stands behind the products they sell, and I will continue to purchase my AV equipment through them."
"Was expecting a nick or scratch per their description, but it looks brand new. They sound great, and good warranty since it was KEF Recertified. Bargain at the price. Shipped very quickly as well.
One thing, they shipped them without the grills. I got on their website and chatted with a helpful customer service rep who originally thought they were optional. He checked the KEF Direct website and saw they are supposed to be included, and ordered a pair for me from KEF. I got them promptly. Great service!
Will shop with Accessories 4 Less again."
"I want to give them a positive review, but my experience has been awful. I ordered a refurbished Integra DSX-3 that was dead on arrival. After several not very friendly emails they agreed to an exchange. They did not cross-ship unit until they had the tracking number so it took a long time even though I shipped the dead unit on the next business day. The new unit arrived without accessories and a remote is needed to operate any system. After another round of emails they shipped out a replacement accessories package by ground. I finally got the package today and it does not have a compatible remote. Buy used on Craigslist or Ebay and avoid this mess."
"Service was quick and courteous, and price was great. Had a small problem with one of my speakers, but when I contacted AC4L, they dealt with it quickly and professionally, and the problem was resolved in no time! Would definitely do business with them again!"
"Had problem with receiver, customer support took care of it kindly and quickly!"
"Ordered refub Onkyo, I had to return it due to issues, but they charged me orginial shipping cost, restocking fee and I had to pay for return shipping. Worst store and customer service. This is why they going to loose customers. Better togo to amazon or any other big retailers. "
"Accessories 4 Less has been around for a while, but I just discovered them recently. Had I discovered them sooner, I would have done business with them exclusively for all of my electronic needs. They have a vast selection of high-end electronics for less. And, their deals are for Factory Refurbished units, which is important.
If you research the various levels of refurbishment, Factory Refurbished is at the top of the quality classifications scale because FR units are as good as -- or better than -- new, because folks at the factory that built the item individually test all aspects of a unit to make sure everything works. This, mind you, is not done with new units off the assembly line, so you have less chance at getting a defective unit buying Factory Refurbished than you would buying new. Interesting fact. Amazon sells "Certified Refurbished," but the question is refurbished by whom -- by some unknown 3rd party perhaps? Make mine Factory Refurbished every time.
Kudos to A 4 L for their easy to navigate web site, excellent easy-to-contact customer service, swift email responses, fast delivery of perfectly packaged goods, and items that look and perform as new. All of this and more characterize Accessories 4 Less.
I purchased a Yamaha RX-A770. I set it up, but experienced some flashing blue video noise issues on some of the native screen panels on my TV. Important point: I was connecting a 4K AV receiver to a 1080P television. I thought I had a defective unit, so I sent in a Return Authorization email form. I received quick email response from Mark regarding my issue. He said switching to an 18gbs CERTIFIED HDMI cable would fix the problem.
Before buying the cable I thought I'd call and talk to Mark further about the issue. He answered the phone first call, no answering machine. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the products he sells. He said I could also try limiting my unit's video output to 1080P and see if that fixed the problem. I didn't know how to do that, so Mark walked me through the process. He had precise knowledge of the step-by-step procedure for my specific receiver. I was impressed, and thought the fix worked. But, the noise returned later. So, I followed Mark's original instructions, bought the replacement cable, and installed it. Bingo -- it worked!!! I should have followed his initial advice in the first place, but he patiently worked with me nevertheless.
This is superior customer service! The odds were certainly against receiving a defective unit after it had been factory refurbished, but I thought I'd received one because I was ignorant about HDMI cabling and how important it is to get the proper cable. Please note that I would have experienced the same issue had I bought new, but would not have had the benefit of Mark's expertise in solving the problem.
I rest my case: If you want peace of mind when buying your electronics, Accessories 4 Less is the place to go. They have your back throughout the entire purchase process."
