"Do not order from this company! I ordered a Nikon flash (still says it's in stock on the web site) and they sent me a Sigma Flash after calling to say it's better.
IT DIDN'T WORK!! I called and they want me to pay $12 to have it shipped back to them. I'm paying to ship a non working flash back to this company so they can turn around and sell it to someone else. Disgraceful. Do not order from them!!!"
"IF I could give 0 Stars I would. I purchased a Nikon Flash which is shown as in stock on the website and they called me and pitched me some other Flash that was top of the line. I decided to go with it after looking at some reviews of the flash. The flash is incompatible with my camera, which they promised it would be compatible. So now I try to return the product which I am doing and I ask them for a prepaid shipping label and said Im the only person to ever ask them about that and they would absolutely not do it. I will never buy anything from this place again. PERIOD!"
"I called and asked if the lens was in stock, and their customer service said it was, so I placed an order online and my credit card was charged right away. Two weeks later I called them and asked about the order status. They said it was in the shipping department and should be shipped out the next week. A week later I called again and they said they were going to ship it by the next week. A week later I did the same by calling them and I got the same answer that it was going to be shipped out next week... I don't think I'll ever get it, so I cancelled my order. This was absolutely my worst shopping experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! I don't know if I'll get my money back ever. Let's see...
I didn't get my refund after 3 weeks, so I filed a dispute with credit card company. Hopefully I can get my money back within a few weeks. I also filed a complaint with BBB. "
"It has been nearly a month since I placed my order, perhaps the longest wait I have ever experience for an online order that indicated the product was in stock, ready to ship, when I ordered it. The site still indicates the item as "In Stock". The order status on the site still indicates the item "ready to ship". On last check, I was told a replacement shipment was incoming. That was 2 weeks ago. Although I was lulled in by the pricing and appearance of professionalism on this site, the integrity of AccessoryCircuit.com is becoming more questionable. Further investigation of comments throughout the web, regarding the practices of this sight, including several complaints filed with the BBB, only strengthens my doubts as to AccessoryCircuit.com's ethical and legal legitimacy.
Addendum May 31, 2012: After waiting a month for my non exsistant product, I cancelled the order and demanded a refund, which also never appeared. My card issuer in now dealing with the issue. Apparently MELLODIGITAL.COM, is one of the companies the are trading as. That was the company named in my card statement."
"I ordered a Canon lens that said it was in stock. Never received confirmation, but they charged my card $1100 and never even intended to send the product. I ordered a stop payment on the credit card and still have not received my money back. They're holding my money hostage. These people are the worst scammers I have ever encountered. If you have been screwed over by this company please file a report with the better business bureau, this also goes for mellodigital which is the company that actually charged the account. Also, I am willing to bet that every single 5 star rating is made by the scammers themselves to pad their ratings to get back onto google shopping. Competitive pricing and actually with free shipping and tax free was the lowest with everything considered.
The equipment was delivered exactly when they said and as like buying in person at the store, boxes were originals and undamaged as were the contents.

The flash that i ordered worked great with the cameras I ordered and are now in service
Before ordering I spoke to their technical staff to see if what I was ordering was correct and they were very helpful and were completely accurate with the information they gave me. The lady was very courteous and asked others to make sure before giving me a final answer.

"Accessorycircut is a SCAM "company". I ordered a Canon T3i body from these people on April 3 and when it hadn't shipped by April 9 I contacted them and was promised that it would be shipped soon. Long story short, I requested a refund on April 11 which they said I would receive shortly... that was 8 days ago and I still haven't seen my money.
Potential customers, please read these reviews and do not give these people your hard-earned money, it isn't worth the trouble to save a buck."

"Had the worst experience so far. In spite of going through bad review, I bought canon 50 mm f/1.8 II lens on 15th of March. Got email about the order details and it said that I will get order confirmation email. Got no emails but my money was already charged on credit card. Waited couple of more days for order confirmation. Called them and heard that they sell items that they don't have on their stock. I will have to wait some more days as they will be sending to me once they get from canon. The person added to my order UV filter to make me happy. I called them on 4th of April to cancel my order. Email said I should see amount refunded to my credit card in 3-4 business day but didn't get it. Called them on 17th of April and heard that it usually takes 15 business days to see money on my credit card. Told me to wait for 5 more days. What do you think you guys? It's already more than a month. So be aware of this site. One thing to add, the people in customer service do not talk well on the phone."
"what can i say about the people at accessorycircut? they are the absolute BEST at what they do! i needed a new flash for my nikon camera so i gave these folks a call to see if they could help
i was directed to Robert at the flash department and he was so polite and eager to help me i would have never thought i would get that type of service from a website company before!!! it was like he was my own personal camera guru.
he walked me through several nikon flash models and clearly explained to me the best features of each one and how they would all work with my specific model camera. he was so knowledgeable you would have thought that he built these cameras and flashes by hand. and all the while he spoke to me in a pleasant and easygoing manner, never going for the hard sell, just seemed eager to talked to me about what seemed to be his most favorite topic in the world.
after a very thorough and lengthy conversation on the phone, where not once did he make me feel like i was a bother to him how some of those other customer service companies do, i had decided to get the noon SB 600 flash, when i looked at other sites for the same flash, they were being sold for up to $100 dollars MORE!
i placed the order over the phone and robert upgraded me to 2 days shipping and no charge!! I got the flash 2 days later and i am extremely happy with the product.
WHERE ELSE COULD I GET SUCH A GOOD DEAL AND HAVE SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THE PEOPLE THAT DEALT WITH ME??

"If I could give this website 0 stars I would. They are HORRIBLE. I ordered a Nikon sb600 flash from them since they happened to be the cheapest I could find. They told me the next day it was on back order and tried to sell me a Sigma flash. They told me it was just as good, and even better. I reluctantly agreed and what a mistake I made. It was a piece of crap, wasn't even a digital screen, wasn't ANYTHING like what they described and to top it all off I had overpaid $30. I called them immediately after I tried it and told them I'm very dissatisfied and tried was going to send it back. THe lady was rude and told me I'm wrong and that she can give me a $20 credit. I told her I want a full refund and I better get it or else I will be complaining to the BBB. This place is a total scam and needs to be reported."

March 2012 I purchased a Canon t3i . At the time it was the best price offered for the Camera . I received my camera in a timely matter . "Absolutely the worst company on the internet. I ordered a flash from them and after a few days received a callsaying that even though it shows available on the website it is backordered for 3-5 weeks and that they would swap with another model that was "just as good". I asked what model it was and that I wanted to do some research on it, since it was going to be a birthday present for my fiance. After looking at the reviews I found it was not "just as good" and that they are wanting $50 more for it than I found at most online retailers. I informed them that I would wait, and was treated with hostility and hung upon. Strike one...
Three weeks ago they hit my account for the money and the staus changed to ready to ship and stayed that way. I emailed after 4 days to find out whay it had not shipped and was told it takes a few days to "go through the process". Couple days later it is the same status, I asked to either ship or refund my money. I received an email stating that the flash was damaged and was reordered and will be out by the end of last week. The end of the week came and went with no flash and no refund. Strike two...
I have emailed twice this week asking for a status on the order and have been completely ignored bot times. Strike three...
