Two e-mail enquiries sent were not answered. Customer service telephone number - difficult to reach. After several trials reached customer service today (May 28). they told that item was not instock and not sure when they will have it. However, even today, the website mentions that the item is in stock. No answer when I asked why they charged credit card if they donot have in stock. Very dissatisfied with their service. I will not order any thing from them.
