"Very bad seller. I ordered a Nokia OEM BL-5C Lithium Ion Battery for Nokia. I received a used battery in an open plastic bag with open seal. The battery has marks on the connectors (been used before). Upon insertion in the phone, the battery is already half full. The battery would not last 24 hr on standby. This seller is a fraud. Avoid at all cost. You should never trust this person or company. By the way if you ask why I dont just turn it back, the answer is that it will cost 60% of the price I paid to ship it back with tracking. What a way to loose your money."

"Item shipped VERY fast, was happily surprised about that. Wasn't very happy to find that my "factory sealed" item wasn't factory sealed, and the quality of the item doesn't seem like it really is from Motorola. I bought a pair of ear buds from a Razor V3m, the first time i used them, the end connector came off the end, and was left stuck in the phone... So while it shipped very fast, the product was deffiantly not factory sealed, like it was advertised, and i doubt it is even the real brand"

"I ordered a stereo headset & car charger for my Samsung Sync phone from AccessoryOne.com via Amazon.com. I got the gear in 2 days (no typo--2 days!) and it was all original manufacturer and looked great. That was about a week ago. Today, I noticed that the protective rubber gasket around one of the earpieces was missing. Sadly, I expected to have to return it to them (at my expense) and have the send me another one. Either that, or that I would be told "tough noogies" because I bought it so cheap.

Boy, was I wrong! On the Amazon website, I found the phone number for AccessoryOne ***-***-****) and called them. I immediately got a REALLY nice guy on the phone, told him the issue, and he asked me my address to mail me the missing gasket. He told me that it would be easy to pop it on and I should have no problem with it.

I asked him if he could answer a couple more questions and he said "sure" and I asked him some stuff about new headphones coming out for this phone. He spent about 10 minutes talking to me about new stuff and what I could expect to see soon. The guy was totally cool.

The reviews above slamming the company may have been valid at the time, but my experience was 100% the opposite. I couldn't have asked for better service.

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!
AccessoryOne.com is the WORST merchant I have ever dealt with. I ordered a high capacity cell phone battery which they showed as having in stock. They sent me a lower capacity battery, which costs half the price of the one I ordered, and no explanation for the substitution. They also DID NOT credit me for the difference in price.

I immediately emailed them and told them that they sent me the wrong battery. No response. I emailed them four times and NO RESPONSE. I called them, actually got a person, who said he would send me the correct battery (and return postage for the wrong one) right away. I waited a week. NOTHING came in the mail. I called again and got another person who finally told me that the item I ordered was discontinued and that is why they sent me the lesser item. I said, “Why didn’t you email me and ask me if I wanted a substitute?” Duh! I told him I wanted ALL of my money back, including the outrageous shipping charge and return postage for the wrong battery. He said, “Okay.” We’ll see. I also emailed to them my request (demand) for a refund. And, guess what? No response.

I checked their website today and they still list the battery I ordered as “in stock.” This merchant does not know what they have in stock and they have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACCESSORYONE.COM!!!
