I ordered 2 chargers for my mp3 players and got a charger and a silicon case. emailed them to get my order corrected and never heard from them. found out too late that there is a 14 day return policy but i would have to pay shipping to send back the wrong item. plus, i'm not gonna pay $1 or $2 to exchange for another $2 item... but like i said, their prices are unbeatable!!!"

"I placed my order on a Saturday night, and received the package on Friday. I think the shipping took a little long, but seeing that it is coming from California, I guess thats understandable. Overall, I would give the company an 8 out of 10 for service and price. The price is actually really, plus the $2.99 for shipping is awesome, and the charger ( for the Samsung Instinct) does work. But I would suggest that the company works on their tracking information, which I don't think is updated enough. I would most likely order from Accstation again. "

They told me then I could just cancel. You would think if they are wanting to sell they would do all they can to help me with my purchase. Then when I finally borrowed a charger to charge the battery that came with the set I bout fromt his place it wasn't even compatilble with my camera. So now I have a brand new charger taht doesn't work and a brand new battery that isn't compatible. I was told there was nothing they could do because it was over the time limit for exchange or return. That is of course after sending numerous emails and finally getting response.
