"I ordered the 5 Items Black Accessories Bundle for Microsoft Zune 30G. I received purchase confirmation within minutes and a shipping notice and tracking number within 3 days. I received the order 4 days later and I am pleased with the items.
I did not find this seller rating site until after I placed my order so I was somewhat concerned after reading some bad reviews here. However, my experience with Accstation was a positive one and I would order from them again.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE, RIP OFF, DONT ORDER FROM HERE.... I placed a order on May 5th, it is June 17th and i have still did not get my refund yet! I have emailed customer service over 15 times... I couldnt find a number to call.... the tracking number they gave didnt help, they told be it was being delivered by DHL, then 2 weeks later after my order didnt arrive they told me DHL is going to drop it to USPS and that i should contact USPS to locate my order... i called USPS that couldnt find the package and told me to call DHL... point is last week they told me they dont have it in stock and they are going to issue me a refund!! WTF, a waste of time and money, this site is no good, they are crooks in deed!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, SCAM...

I ORDERED A USB CONNECTOR AND EARPEACE FOR MY I PHONE. THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG PRODUCTS. TRIED TO LOCATE A TEL NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT: NO LUCK. DISPUTED THE SALE WITH MY AMEX,.. TH ACCSTATION CO DID EVERYTHING NOT TO TRY AND CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. I GIVE THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT A 0/10. MY ADVICE TO YOU ALL: STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM THISM MERCHANT, THEY ARE SCAMERS,.. I LICKED MY WOUND AND LEARNED MY LESSON,.. ALWAYS GOOGLE THE SITE YOU ARE BYUING FROM BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER,.. ALOT OF CONS OUTHERE, AND ONCE THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD, THEY GOT YOU BY.... "DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! I put my order in almost a week ago and have had no confirmation on shipping date, when i emailed customer service and told them i wanted to cancel the order after it had been 4 days of me not receiving any verification from that it had shipped they said it had been shipped out and gave me a tracking id, i went to check the status and it said the invoice number did not exist. its been over a week now and i have had no answers from "customer service" my account has been billed and i have not received any merchandise. do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else."

"I bought a battery and charger for my camcorder from Accstation on eBay. It took them over two days to notify me that they didn't have the item in stock even though I paid for overnight shipping. Now I will have to buy a battery from a local vendor at a much higher price and I have to wait a week for a refund. I am very dissatisfied."

"Hi, I read the reviews on Accstation and did some research. I called the 1-888- phone number that another person had left on their review. Called the number and randomly punched in 3 digits at time until one worked. Bonnie answered the call (her's is 121) She was very polit and helpfull and I still probably won't buy from them again, but I did get an answer to my question.

"Wish I'd found this site before ordering from ACCSTATION. Order a replacement battery for my Palm PDA. Cheap $1.49 shipping around $6.00, still cheap. Got exactly what I paid for. Didn't work - sent an email to cust service. They wanted item shipped back but for $6 bucks shipping told them no. To their credit they did send me another battery. That one didn't work either [old battery still works so I know it's not the user. They refunded me the $1.49 - lost $6.00. Had a friend test the batteries. 3 wires - only one live one - should be two live and then the ground. Junk from China. UPDATE: Found out the battery live wire [yellow] should be where the red wire is. That's why they don't work! I re-spliced them [yellow to red - red to yellow] and it works now. Still a bad deal with accstation. "

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I won an auction from them and when checking out, I also added a few other things. When my package arrived, it did not contain a single item from my order, but instead was some junk items. When I contacted them, they told me to ship it back to them at my expense and they would send out my order. I insisted that they send my order immediately and that is they want their junk back, they need to send a post paid, self addressed envelope to me with my order and I would gladly send it back. Their response was to tell me that they sent my order already - which in reality was the junk they sent me and not my real order. Complete run around. Going through the process now with Paypal to try to get my money back."

"I was in need of a batery for my Palm Pilot and found this company offering many on E-Bay. First, it is offered as a replacement/spare. Not sure how to use it as a spare since the battery is internal.
The price was low but shipping high so I thought they balanced out to a good deal. The battery arrived in fairly good time but did not take a charge. They sent a replacement without a hassle. It too does not take a charge.

That is when I found this web site. Wish I found it first. Now I realize that even if they refund my purchase price of $.99 they still are going to try to keep the shipping charges of around $5.00.

I have asked for a refund - we'll see.

"It's sad that the majority of the people that have ordered from this website have received negative results from this company. However, I have made roughly 3-4 transactions and am in the process of another one and have always gotten what I have ordered. Nothing more and nothing less. Since the prices are usually 75-80% cheaper then any retail store and more then 30% less then online stores, accstation is the way to shop. In some instances, orders can take up to 9 business days, which is reasonable since the prices are so low. Also, in some cases their coupon codes are stackable so you can use many coupons on the same order. Atleast thats how it was in 2007. I have to admit the packaging isn't that great (unmarked boxes and plastic baggies) but I don't expect them to gift wrap the boxes with a pretty bow either. Customer services is not the best but I am able to get a hold of them when I have questions or concerns. The normal contact number is 1- ***-***-****. however there is a second direct number I got from when a customer agent called me about an order to verify my address, however I missplaced it but if I find it I will post it. Hope this information will help."

"item was first listed as "shipped" with no ups tracking#,then "not up to our standards would you like to wait for another shipment". i said "yes i would wait" ,but got another email saying "your refund is being processed", i said "ok" but have not gotten it yet and don't expect to after i found out about this company.i filed a claim with paypal and i hope accstation does the right thing.this company cannot be reached by phone whatsoever!! anyone who has been scammed like me needs to write ebay and use sites like this to help stop this. they are doing business on ebay under multiple names like eforcity and others ,with the same shipping address!! why won't ebay stop them, probaly because they are a power seller."

"This company is a fraud. I ordered a ipod sports band from them and it never came. They did not provide a tracking number and I am not able to track down the order. "Worst experience that I ever had.
Slowest shipping: Located in Calif. and shipped like from China.

I bought zune acc from this seller on ebay. description says "374 available" which means they have a lot. I tried to avoid chinese/hong kong sellers b/c I needed the item very fast.

Ordered.

It has been almost ten days so far and checked the status from last week saying: We are now processing your order, invoice #5972947, you order will be shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse, the tracking information will be provided.

I have been getting this message for several days.
