"I am very upset and disappointed with AccStation service…
I bought the Foldable Multimedia Speaker [SP02] w/ Built-in Charger for iPod, White on: 11/25/2007 Order Number: yhst-98719117623636-40688, when I received the package it was in horrible condition and the Speaker set is used.
I can’t belief they are selling used product as new, it’s not only illegal, its incredibly wrong.
When I called the number they have listed no one picks up the phone. I hope this company shuts down quick before other have the same problems.

"BE very cautious in dealing with this company. They sell junk and get you on the HIGH postage and handling charges for the item.
They will eventually refund to you the cost of the item purchased, but you are out the very high fees. They are not willing to work with buyers and they take a long time to respond, if at all. Because of the amount of goods they move on eBay. paypal does nothing because of the financial loss to them. You would think that with all of the outrageous shipping and handling they charge, they would be more flexible in working with you, but they are not.
Not real certian where this company really is, although items are shipped from CA. Learning my lesson the hard way with these CA companies!
I wished I had looked here first, instead of accepting their ebay rating.

"I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED with this company. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. First, they sent the wrong item (an item that cost LESS than what I paid for). I had to return it and pay for expedited shipping because they would not mail the right item until they received my package. I was in dire need of my order so I chose to expedite the return shipping. I used a tracking service with USPS and they confirmed that the return package has been delivered to their place over a week ago! I emailed them about this and they said they do not have any record of my package arriving yet and that they cannot do anything until my package arrives!! Clearly, it is there (USPS doesn't pull delivery dates and time out of the air). Either they are not taking the time to sort out their deliveries or they do not want to send my correct item. I would never order from this place again...I am still currently trying to figure out where my package went or if I'm ever going to receive it!!!!"

"Accstation appears to have some great deals on various Ipod and phone products. That is all well and good but if you are charged for parts that never arrive and no one will respond with how to get a refund on the parts. That is theft as far as I am concerned. Accstation has been poor at best in response to my parts not arrive. The answer was simply we apologize if the parts didn't arrive. Nothing about how they would fix the situation nothing about a refund. It is clear based on the feedback that I found recently that I should have taken my money some where else.
I wouldn't do business with this company again, and I strongly suggest that anyone who is considering doing business with these people reconsider. "

About the reply accstation made to this review, The ammount was not refunded to me immidiatly, in fact, they tried to double charge me, i had to call them up on the phone and cuss them out and threaten to sue them to actually get my cash back

"TERRIBLE! Does not reply to emails at all. Also started to get a lot of spam from them once I bought from them and gave them my email address. They charged me shipping insurance and I requested to have it removed and they keep sending me automated email replies but they have not removed the shipping insurance, which they said they don't charge. It has been a week and I sent them 5 emails and no one has replied or fixed the invoice. On Ebay, they have over 4,000 negative comments in the past year - doesn't the say something about them? Stay away from them unless you have plenty of time and energy to fix any problems they have.
I finally received the battery and it does not work! I paid the extra shipping and they never ever responded to any of my emails. And the battery is a piece of crap and does not work. And they still don't respond to emails. Even after I disputed the paypal charge they are not responding.
