"I had a smurf banner that was defective. We have ordered many from them. I sent a picture. It was in English. Then I got the replacement and it came in Czech. I am sad as I needed an English one. I serve as CEO and Luke on your end and Paula on my end were supposed to sort this. I don't know where the breakdown happened. But now I have an extra Czech banner and need an English one. Ugh."
