"Ace Photo & Digital was the worst company that I have ever done business with on the internet. The price that I was charged was more then the advertised price on the Amazon site and when I contacted Customer service I did not get a reply for 4 days and the reply stated that that was the going price at the time and they do not adjust prices. Customer service is terrible and I would not ever do business with them again."

"I purchased a wireless shower speaker that broke within a month. I received a replacement from the manufacturer that broke within a month. Ace will not refund the money, instead they expect me to get another inferior shower speaker. This speaker cost $78.00. I would expect better customer service. When I asked for a supervisor, they refused to put me through and there is no information on their website regarding how to contact any management. Do not do business with this company!"

"Through Amazon.com, I ordered a pair of Sennheiser PX 100 headphones. What I received instead was Sennheiser PX 100-II headphones, which is a different product with separate listings on both Amazon's and Ace Photo & Digital's own website. If I had wanted the PX 100-II, that's what I would have ordered. I specifically ordered the PX 100s because that's what I wanted. I see that at least one other Amazon customer has experienced the same bait-and-switch tactic. "
"Merchandise arrived opened, damaged.
Phone rep. difficult to persuade, presented me with low level arguments. Finally agreed to a return but resisted paying for return postage to the point that I had to demand to speak with her supervisor.
It is worth noting that she had mentioned it was a last inventory item which might have been a previous return. Hence, an exchange was not possible.
Reluctantly she connected me to an impersonal voice mail box.
I called back demanding for a live supervisor or manager.
Courteous gentleman rep. this time put me on hold. An equally understanding supervisor agreed to e-mail me a prepaid return label.
There was no need for such energy and time consuming effort on my part in order to receive what I was entitled to.
The reason for this review is my conclusion, reading between the lines from my conversation with the first rep., that it is company policy to resit returns or refunds even to reasonable requests.

"I ordered 2 kids ski goggles on Tuesday th 4th of Jan. Amazon said it would ship within 2 business days. On Friday I got an e-mail that my items had shipped via UPS/USPS. This is supposed to be faster than USPS alone. I don't think so.
Ace Photo Digital said the items shipped on Friday, which really meant they put the label on the box. The items did not leave the warehouse until Monday.
On WEDNESDAY the 12th of Jan I get a phone call from Ace telling me that one of the ski goggles is out of stock. "WTF ?
It takes you 8 days to notice?". I picked a different pair of goggles and explained to the custumer representative that I need those googles by Thursday because I ordered them over a week ago to get them on time for my ski trip. I asked her to send them express since it was their fault. The custumer representative said she would see what she could do.
I got both orders on Thursday the 13th, one day before the ski trip. The representative had sent the second goggles via express for no extra charge. I am happy about that part.
I would only order from Ace if you do not need the item within 2 weeks of ordering unless you are willing to pay an over the top price for expedited shipping. "
"I have a very bad taste after dealing with them. I ordered a bird cam that was supposed to come with a memory card, card reader and a bunch of batteries. Everything was shipped very fast, and was in order except that they didnt send me the card reader. I contacted them and they said it they would ship within 24-48 hours, which they did,but.... instead of a card reader, i got another card. Contacted them again, and they said they would ship it, and never did. After waiting for 3 weeks, contacted them again, and didnt hear from them for a week. Send them another unresponded email, and finally they got back to me only after i send a claim through amazon. Only after that they sent me the correct item. I will not do any business with them, nor recommend them to friends."
"Their reviews on Amazon were very good (95%), so I placed an order for a canon L lens. After it was placed... I did some googling and found resellerratings where their ratings were not so great. I got a bit worried but in the end, it was not warranted. They shipped out on monday (ordered sunday night) and got it tuesday, as it was sent just 100 miles from their warehouse. "The worst shopping experience ever. I ordered a Seiko SNP028. The properly sealed package came in. When I opened the package,there is a small box sitting in there. However,there is no watch in the small box. I connected the customer service. The first one put me on hold for a short time and then hang up. The second one was very rude and in bad manner. He said he will send me a form for me to fill out but he said he did not have my email address. How could that be since I left my email when I place the order. And before I give him my email address. He hung me up. "
"I ordered a Baggallini Urban Backpack from AcePhotoDigital.com through Amazon. The product had a minor defect so I contacted Ace Photo Digital to arrange for an exchange. They said they were out of bags and I would have to call Baggallini and they provided me the toll free number. Because my relationship was with Ace Photo Digital and Amazon, I contacted Amazon for assistance. They opened an investigation and soon I received an email from Ace Photo Digital with instructions for returning the merchandise at my cost. Once again I called Ace, but their customer service was closed. I called Amazon to request that a shipping label and charges be paid. Amazon agreed that the process was becoming burdensome and offered to refund the cost of the product plus shipping and close the investigation. We both agreed that would be best. Amazon provided their usual excellent customer service. I would not recommend buying any products from Ace Photo Digital."
"I purchased a Zacuto Z-Finder Pro 2.5X from Ace. They claimed it was in stock, but I was a little worried because, at the time, most dealers were out of stock and quoting 4-6 weeks for delivery. The sales rep assured me that they had one unit available.
I didn't need to worry. The package was shipped the next day and it arrived 3 days after I placed the order, in perfect shape.
These guys do not send you a confirmation of the order, which is not the norm for most internet purchases, but they do send tracking information.
The listing said that there was free shipping for this item, and that was true.
I am very happy with the purchased and the service. "
