The order process was seamless and easy. There was plenty of information on each model that allowed me to make my decision. An update will be posted after I have received the gen set and have run it for the 5 hour breakin period."

"Acme has great products, I love seeing new things in their catalogs and emails, but their web ordering system is really bad. For example, I placed an order 2 days ago. When doing so, I changed from the default shipping address to another address, then changed the credit card information. When I changed the credit card information, it must have changed the shipping address back to the default. I didn't know this until an order confirmation came a couple hours (not minutes) later. There's no option to edit the order, and the order status is pretty ambiguous. I "think" it's telling me my item shipped the same day it was ordered, but it didn't show any status until two days after (today). Past orders show as well, but not with enough detail to let you re-order.
I'd love to see Acme update their buying experience; there are a lot of good options out there."
