"We ordered this skateboard on 03/11/08 through Amazon.com. Board arrived on 03/13/08 from ActionVillage.com, well before the Amazon estimated 17th - 20th. The product arrived in perfect condition. Since the complete board was priced about a dollar more than the deck, I thought it may have been a pricing mistake. Instead, we got what we ordered without a hassle. Price on website doubled after we ordered. If it was a pricing mistake, they stood behind it. Would shop there again."
"I ordered a Tiberius Arms T-9 Elite from these guys with the highest of expectations. However, upon receiving my order my T-9 was scratched, scraped, and OBVIOUSLY used. The magazine was scraped and the stock had been forced in and out several times with little attention to the proper grooves.
The response from the company? "No, it is not used".
Absolutely will not do business with Action Village again. They sell second hand crap as brand new. I tell everyone that plays paintball to go somewhere else.
After this debacle I went to SpecialOpsPaintball and bought a NEW T-9.
The only good side was that Tiberius Arms took care of me very well when I complained to them. I can't believe that Tiberius Arms will like vendors like this selling their gear.

"Actionvillage has been a place where I regularly order most of my paintball items from. Unfortunately, as of late, they appear to be making a lot of mistakes when you get the final delivery. Things like empty boxes without parts inside or the wrong parts. Requiring you to ship it back to get store credit and they do not cover the return shipping. I highly recommend not to order from them."
"So far, I've had four orders in excess of $100 since November. My first order was of four cases of paint and a couple ups for my marker. It turns out my friend also bought four cases, so I didn't need the paint.
I email them, and they said that the item was already shipped. This was in the AM, only a few hours after the order, so I didn't really believe them. I call up customer service, and they tell me the same thing. I asked them if it really shipped that quickly. It turns out to be true, but agreed to give me a refund including the price to ship it back to them. I decide to just refuse to accept the package, so it gets sent back to them. They credit my account within a day of receiving the package. I was very impressed, so I've been ordering from them since.
I've had several items I wanted to return, and have had no problems with obtaining a return merchandise authorization. Their representatives are extremely pleasant and polite. I have not waited hold more than a couple minutes for them to pick up.
Why are these reviews filled with people who are dissatisfied with their shipping? They're cheap for using economical shipping? How about you stop crying about it; every company does it. You're cheap for not paying for upgraded shipping.
Any shipping problem, once sent out is not under AV's control. If you get shipments within three days, that's awesome, maybe you should be thankful for it. Seven day shipping is not bad, it's barely above the norm. I'll even bet that two days were weekends. If it was seven business days on UPGRADED SHIPPING service, then you have some bad luck. Still not under AV's control.

"I purchased 2 Shocktech gauge adapters with 1200 psi gauges to monitor the CO2 pressure in my 2 airguns. The cost was $24.95 ea plus $5.19 shipping. When they arrived the gauges were 300 psi gauges, which is useless to monitor CO2 pressure. I called and talked to a courteous customer service rep and he agreed that the mistake was theirs and to return the products and the USPS return shipping receipt and that they would refund the purchase price, original shipping and return shipping. This is also their official policy. I packaged and mailed as instructed at a cost to me of about $6.00. They promptly (2 days after return) credited my credit card for the cost of the products, but stated that they shipped the correct product and would not credit the shipping. I sent them an e-mail and complaned and they promptly said they would also credit the shipping. That was 16 days ago and they have not credited the shipping. I do not plan to order from them again unless I finally get the shipping credit."
