"I have been buying my teas from Adagio for 2 years now. When I first heard of them I checked out their website and I couldn't believe their prices. So , optimistic, I ordered a sample of a couple teas. Once they arrived (very quickly) I tried at least four of them immediately, I couldn't stop. Their tea is so fresh and has such a good flavor, I didn't know how fresh tea could be when you're used to buying tea bags from the grocery store. "I've placed a few orders and never had an issue with getting the correct items and charges. However, my post office did mess one up - marked it "un-deliverable, return to sender" when it was in fact sitting in the post office - and I reached out both to Adagio and the post office. Customer service is so important. It's worth noting that the post office is 1.3 miles from my home and serves a city of only 4 square miles. Well, I had a response from Adagio within an hour. The post office never answered, never returned my call, and I had to go in to get both some attention and my tea. The difference was striking. Adagio customer service is on point.
Other things I love? Frequent cup point rewards, free samples with social media post, low shipping costs, carbon offset program, and most of all, quality tea!"

"I absolutely love Adagio. As a beginner's step into the world of high quality loose leaf tea, it's hard to do better than this in my opinion. Their selection is broad, their prices are fair, and they have the best customer rewards program of any I have ever participated in, bar none - and I don't just mean for tea, I mean in general, any product, any company, any service.
I particularly enjoy their custom blend-making tool, which allows you to design a tea blend, even make and upload your own label, and then buy it from them. They will mix the blend themselves according to your specifications, and then ship it to you. So you can essentially make your own custom tea blends, using a wide selection of tea and inclusion options. This includes quite a number of Adagio's official blends, meaning it's possible to construct some really complex and interesting recipes. And you can choose from inclusions ranging from dried fruit like rosehips, blueberries, and cherries; flowers like rose petals, hibiscus, and marigold; to treats and other things like cacao nibs, tiny chocolate chips, and even rainbow sprinkles (aka jimmies). Then they'll ship it to you in a bag or tin with your own custom label printed and pasted onto it.
How much do they charge for the sample-sized tin of a custom blend? Five bucks. That's it. To be honest? I'd pay that much just to get the awesome little tin with my own art printed on it. The fact that there's also like ten mugs' worth of nice loose-leaf tea - of a blend that I personally designed - inside the box for that price is a wonderful bonus.
They even have fun, whimsical products, like an "Earl Grey Bella Luna" blend that's only available on the day of the full moon each month, and a "Brigadoon Breakfast Tea" that's only available on Leap Day! Yes, you can only buy it on one day every four years. (And yes, the teas are definitely worth it.)
I've found their teaware and other associated products to be consistently high quality, too. I not only drink mostly Adagio tea, but I drink it out of Adagio mugs and infusers. I'm really not a "brand loyalty" person. When I get like this, there's a reason for it. I just haven't found quality to compare with this at a better price, so I stick with Adagio unless I'm shopping for *very* high end tea, in which case I go to Asian tea sellers. But short of buying directly from the source, Adagio is the next best thing, I think. A great option for loose leaf tea and tea-related products. "
". It reminds me of Saltire Rock, a candy I became addicted to in Scotland. I has a creamy mouth feel and an aftertaste of marshmallows. I like to use 1/2 a packet of truvia to sweeten into a delicious treat. I do not let this steep longer than 3 1/2 minutes and there is no hint of bitterness"
