"I've been buying tea from this site for 5+ years. I started when their custom teas became popular among fan communities, and have remained a loyal customer ever since! Their teas are exceptional quality, and there are always new blends and opportunities to get samples. I also appreciate that you can get discounts with their rewards program, where every $10 spent = $1 off.
The one con for me is that I live outside the continental US, so I don't have the option for the cheaper ground shipping and have to pay around $9+ for shipping. I tend to order in bulk and use my rewards points, but still a bummer. I hope they are able to offer better shipping rates to my area in the future."
