Their teas are exceptional quality, and there are always new blends and opportunities to get samples. I also appreciate that you can get discounts with their rewards program, where every $10 spent = $1 off.
The one con for me is that I live outside the continental US, so I don't have the option for the cheaper ground shipping and have to pay around $9+ for shipping. I tend to order in bulk and use my rewards points, but still a bummer. I hope they are able to offer better shipping rates to my area in the future."

"I found Adagio Teas whilst looking for a Hungarian Tea. They had a Hungarian Blend that they compared to Palinka - a Hungarian brandy. I don't remember drinking the brandy whilst I was visiting Hungary but I Love the tea. It was shipped quickly, well packaged, and they included a free tin of a Zodiac tea. Both teas are Amazing and I've already introduced them to several of my tea-drinking friends. I love their Fandom tins and will be ordering more very soon!"
