"The only bad experience I've had was an order that took a super long time to arrive, but that was because it was a rare blend and shipping from the opposite coast and I think there was also a fire or some other natural disaster that slowed shipping. Other than that, the website has a great layout, the buying process is super simple, and I love all the rewards and seasonal things they do.
