"Adorama has always been hit or miss regarding customer service. Recently, they decided to hire a company to protect their site. Given the idiocy rampant on the Web, a good idea but they chose PerimeterX who are apparently incompetent and in deploying the usually effective Captcha app manage to screw it up and prevent legitimate customers from even accessing the Adorama site.

I contacted Adorama support directly through an email address used for previous correspondence. Turns out the PerimeterX / Captcha problems are well known to them. Yet, Adorama management allows them to continue.

Don't waste your time with Adorama. B&H and many other smarter companies will be happy to provide you with good service and a smooth purchasing experience.

Finally, note the number of reviews for Adorama that were posted under IDs that posted NO other reviews. This is almost always a sign that they were posted by shills or bots. I wish ResellerRating could do something to prevent this abuse of their site."
