But soon, I'm rather new to digital camera's I have a Canon 80D a few months ago I bought a 50mm lens love it. I was hoping to have this one in time for my granddaughter's 4th birthday party this past weekend, but my 50mm worked amazing got some great shots, I got this lens from Adorama also. "I was in the market for a Canon EOS R mirrorless camera body and did my usual perusing of the big name online photo stores. Coming from a Canon EOS DSLR, I have a lot of lenses that would need to adapt to the new RF mount, which meant getting a $100 adapter. Adorama was giving the adapter away with each purchase of the camera, so it was pretty much a no-brainer to buy from them. The fact that they don't charge online tax to my area made things even better. They also threw in free next day air shipping to me as well. Everything arrived to me promptly and in perfect condition.
A few days later I hopped back on Adorama.com to look at a new lens. I then noticed that the same camera was now $300 off the normal price that I had just paid. I wasn't horribly upset, as I run an online store myself and understand that manufacturers can authorize sales like this on the flip of a hat. I contacted Adorama's customer service and Athena quickly got back in touch with me. She kindly explained their sales policy and let me know that they would be happy to credit the difference to my account.
I have since made two more purchases with Adorama. Needless to say, I have been extremely satisfied with my interactions with Adorama so far, and will be continuing to support them in the future."
"I purchased a backdrop stand and several backdrops. As I removed the stand from the caring case, I noticed several scrapes with missing paint. Looking at the carrying bag, I saw corresponding damage to the interior of the bag. I don't know if the damage came from packaging or shipping but since I needed to use the stand within the next two days, I was unable to send it back.
UPDATE:. I was contacted by an Adorama rep who apologized for the damaged product. I was unable to return the damaged item because I needed to use it right away and had disposed of the shipping boxes. I was offered a credit at Adorama to offset the cost of the damaged item. Truly great customer service and I will continue to do business with Adorama."

"Ordered the Nikon Z6 bundled in March. Love the Nikon Z6 but the bundle I bought did not have a camera card for the Z series nor did it have a card reader that worked with the card.
After talking to Adorama, they made me whole by shipping a card reader that would work with the Z series cards - AND a store credit.
Moral of the story? Double check the bundle you're buying to make sure it has the products you'll really need - and if it doesn't talk to Adorama.
The camera is good but the bundled items are largely garbage and not worth anything."
