"I've had several transactions with Adorama historically with no issues. The brand showed it's true colors, however, when my card was wrongfully charged over 700 dollars. Instead of processing a credit, they charged the card...a clear error on their part. What came next was one of the worst support experiences I've ever seen. I've fought to get my money back for over a week and a half. It's required five Adoroama employees and hours worth of phone calls and emails...and even still they have not fully resolved. They demonstrated no urgency and a great deal of incompetence in both their used department and their customer support. Chances are you will be okay with buying new equipment. However, NEVER engage with their used department."
