"I purchased Fender bass guitar at a special price (and a killer color), which made Adorama cheapest option available online.
No complaints here - the guitar was shipped promptly, and I received exactly what was listed.

But packaging however was very poor - bottom of the guitar was only protected with 2 layers of cardboard, without any 'pocket' for the strap button.
As a result - the strap button is now twisted and smashed 3mm into the wood, I'll have to take the guitar body to luthier to get it fixed.

It's disappointing but I don't know whom to blame - Adorama or Fender (who made this fragile part so much exposed for damaging)"

And with the onset of their own line of credit, well what can I say, even more enhancing. With their financing they offer interest free terms. They have a great selection of products and of course priced competitively. The only complaint I would have is the use of UPS as their shipper. For me they have been inconsistent with deliveries almost half the time."
