"I have spoken to Adorama customer service 4 times in the last 23 days.
The only thing they can tell me is the item is being shipped back to them because ups could not read the shipping label.
Today I just asked for my money back, being Adorama is not capable of fulfilling the order.
After 25 days they are expecting to get the item back in 4 days, and at that time they will start the 3 day process of returning my money.
So, Adorama will have had my money for over 30 days, and I have not received a product. Once I get my money I will then have to order from a more reputable company.
Stay away from this company. Dealing with Adorama was a waste of time and money. Stressful as well.

It was rated E which should have been with very few if any blemishes and I do believe it originally was however when I opened the box (that looked like it had been through a shredder machine), the center channel was damaged in multiple places, mainly on two of the corners and right in front where everyone will see them. I was not happy about this. Although I'm sure it was done during shipping due to the look of the box, it should have been packed much better to allow for such sloppiness by the shipping companies. "

Instead it didn’t even ship until three days after I purchased it, and then the delivery date kept getting pushed back a day. It’s a real inconvenience when you try to plan your days around waiting for the UPS delivery guy so you can sign for a package. I’ve had three different notifications that the package was rescheduled for delivery. So it should be here today, (ten days later), but when I checked the status on the delivery, I found out that my package wasn’t expedited at all, but sent UPS ground. "

"Went to buy one thing, and bought another. Just too many items up for sale. Most of which are way out of my budget. I clicked on sale items, and there it was! A very large discount on a new lens. This caused a short term memory loss in regards to the reason I first visited Adorama. Big discounts like this usually happen when something is going to be dropped before a new item goes on sale. No worries. This item is something that has been on my want list for a long time. It works well, and will last a long time. It is hard to imagine how it would be improved.
