"My wife ordered a number of outfits for a boudoir shoot that she had to cancel, the shipping was delayed over 10days because Adore me goes for the cheapest route possible. Her order is delayed since they used USPS to Pitney Bowes. Money out the window and Adorme basically said too bad."

"I've purchased a few pieces and all have been nice. Most things run a tad small. I've exchanged and returned items in the past without issue as well. With this recent purchase, I was surprised to see that when I logged into my account to check the status of my order, my items were listed as "final sale" and unable to return or exchange. I clicked back on the items I originally ordered and added them to my cart. Nowhere in the listing or in the cart did these items say they were "final sale" and I'm quite positive it wasn't this way when I purchased them. Seems to be a pretty shady thing to do and ultimately I decided to keep both items so I didn't run into any issues, but regardless, this bait and switch isn't cool. I hope this doesn't become a trend. Additionally, I find it difficult to reach out to this company. There doesn't seem to be an option to email or chat if issues arrise."

"Most of their bras are poor quality. I was expecting boutique and well made because of the prices and I’m very disappointed and now out a good chunk of change with bras that are useless for me. The underwear is cute and functional, hence some stars. Maybe they don’t know how to make bras for the larger cup sizes, but don’t market them if they are junk. I also strongly suspect that reviews are filtered and selected, perhaps even throwing out anything less than a 4 star. Huge buyers regret. "
