No one size fits all and the folks at Adore Me get that. Shipping is super fast and the return process quick and easy. "I ordered several bras from this company and never gotten 2 that fit the same- even if it was the exact same bra just in a different color. I had 2 of the same bra and one was able to be clasped and the other I couldn’t even get them to touch by about 2 inches. I exchanged for a bigger band size (I’m 30 inches around my under bust so I tried a 32 band size) and still had one bra that wouldn’t even touch in the back. One of my bras had the color bleed dark pink after 4 hours of wear under a grey T-shirt. I didn’t get one bra that I loved. I ended up with 2 that were okay and will get me by until I find a new brand. "

"Disappointed. Frustrated. Disgusted. Fed up. Ordering is easy but try to cancel an order, forget it! Impossible! No directions, and only 30 minutes given to cancel. Can’t get immediate help cause it’s all robotic . Site pages never open when u need them to. Very sporadic with that. And returns. Awful. Customer has to do all the work. Great that it’s free but the time to get a label then find a printer then mail it back and wait weeks for a refund. Not good buisness! "
