"My wife ordered a number of outfits for a boudoir shoot that she had to cancel, the shipping was delayed over 10days because Adore me goes for the cheapest route possible. Her order is delayed since they used USPS to Pitney Bowes. Money out the window and Adorme basically said too bad."

"I am a 36 DD and I can't imagine someone bigger than me wearing these but they sell them. I don't think they are made as well as their competitors, we will call them v's. Straps are flimsy, etc. And their supposed free returns are only for credit, and I had my return get "lost" more than once."

"Nothing wrong. Products have all been great, the shipping isn't too bad, the only problem is the shipping times they tell you are all way off. I just wish they would say, "3-4 weeks," instead of that it will be there by next week. Times have all been a few weeks longer than they say."

"Ordered two sets of bras and matching underwear, both a 32D. One set fit perfectly, the other set was marginally smaller to the point where I almost thought a mistake had been made. I’m not sure how this is possible from the same company but it’s a bit odd. Also the return process is frustrating. "
"This was my first order with Adore Me. I placed it on Nov. 6th and while the tracking says it was delivered I never received the package. The tracking says it was "placed at/in mailbox" but there is no mailbox for our building, all mail must be hand-delivered to the staff. Staff checked everywhere on the day it was supposedly delivered and the day after and no one on staff accepted a package that day. I tried the contact us on their site and got an email saying I had to create an account, I did that and it directed me right back to the same general chat box that couldn't help me in the first place. I finally found the customer service number and after explaining everything they did give me a voucher so that I could reorder. Unfortunately, what I had ordered was out of stock so I had to order something else. This was all on the 16th of November and when I placed the order it said it would be delivered by Nov. 28th at the latest. On Nov. 27th I got an email from Adore Me saying that there is a delay with their shipping partner. Apparently, they think I don't read the tracking info. UPS received the package info on the 18th of November, but as of today, November 28th UPS has still NOT received the package from Adore Me. UPS/USPS (since they use the horrible system of Mail Innovations) can't be the ones delaying the delivery of the package when Adore Me hasn't even gotten the package to them. At this point, I'm just considering it a $60 loss and don't expect to ever receive anything I ordered from them. In the end, lesson learned and they are not a company I will ever order from again."
"Looked at some and showed my Wife. She said oh that's nice. So I just gave her my phone and told her to show which ones she liked. After she closed her likes I had her punch in her sizes, bra and ****. Now I'm just waiting to see if she's surprised when I give them to her for our anniversary. "

"Shopping for bras is always a nightmare and in person sales associates are usually judgemental or try to squeeze me into a bra that does not fit. I usually end up in tears every time I have to shop in person. I used AdoreMe years ago and was satisfied at the time (besides an issue with the subscription reopening a bank account to charge me- but, that was probably on me for messing up the pause function). I love having a large selection. The only issue I have with the bras or lingerie themselves is that any boning warps very quickly. This purchase was a longline bra and the boning warped after an hour of use. I typically replace the plastic boning with something stronger if possible and then you have something that would have cost you so much more anywhere else at an amazing price here. The underwire is always perfect though, I never have any pain or discomfort. My bra fits like a glove and makes me feel so good about myself."

"I really love the items that I’ve received from Adore me. I love the variety and the fit. However they use a shipping carrier called Deliver-It that offers a terrible customer experience. I paid for express shipping and the order was delayed and ultimately didn’t arrive (it was marked delivered however the location I receive mail at wasn’t open at the supposed time of delivery). I placed the order again after calling and requesting not to have it shipped through Deliver-It. I was assured by Adore Me that it would get sent through a different carrier and unfortunately it still got shipped through Deliver-It. Yet again I paid for express shipping and almost a week after ordering the items they still haven’t shipped yet. I’m bummed that the quality of the shipping experience doesn’t reflect the quality of the products. If you are shopping for a special occasion I would advise against taking the shipping estimates at face value. "
"They go back on what they say, they literally lie, , their bras dont last foy all that long, the bigger cups usually have only bad lacy bras, the return charge is INSANE, they take forever to reply, shipping takes forever, their prices went up by about 10 dollars, and half the time my customer service person seems passive agressive. I've been scamed out of money and a bra from them. I dont suggest this company at all. Also they're returns point blank are terrible, i was on a wild goose hunt from ups to usps going back and forth because no one would take their return label!! They kept telling me ups, but every ups i went to denied it. Eventually i went through usps, they seemed confused too, and I'm almost positive the package was lost thank god i had ny receipt. This is an overall review of the store, only reason i bought another bra is because they gave me a 5 dollar credit( which was too little credit becausethey scammed me out of 15 dollars anyway), and they had a massive sale. Honestly not worth it tho, i wish i didnt, and i dont want to return"
