"Elite boxes were shipped on time, but my other orders were not. It was hard to get a hold of customer service. They did a weird hold charge for my Elite box of 39.95, but that did fall off a day after. It is expensive for what you get. Returning regular orders isn’t that friendly or easy as they want you to think. I still haven’t received a refund for my return. It’s been more than a week. "
