"I love the variety of bras and ****, Sizes are pretty true to size. Underwire does pop out on a regular basis. THE WORST part is that the order is ALWAYS Delayed not by just a few days sometimes weeks. However Due to the variety in my size I continue to work with them. BUT DO NOT order something and expect to get it on time. "
"After attempting 3 times to order the same bra ….
1st- bra was very small and should’ve stated that they run at least 2 cup sizes smaller than listed. Had to return it and reorder it. But wait it took over 2 months for this delivery to arrive!!! Not the 5-7 days stated.
2nd attempt- received an email saying my item was delivered (a month after I ordered it) and it wasn’t delivered to my house … so i called customer service and they said they would email me a voucher code to order the bra again but when ai asked that they upgrade the shipping to receive my item sooner, I was told no and I would need to pay an additional 15 dollars. I asked to speak with a manager but was told they could only contact me via email. Guess what… I never received an email from a manager and I never received a voucher code.
3rd attempt- I went to order the same bra for the 3rd time and now they no longer have the cup size I needed. Do so ordered the same bra but another color but it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received the bra nor an email or voucher code
Basically, I purchased the same bra 3 times and paid for it twice for it, it took over 4 months to arrive and it be a different color than what I wanted. Customer service representatives ****, the bras are cheap and the cost ended up being more than what I could’ve paid at a high-end department store. I’ll stick with going to the mall for faster service and way better quality.
This experience had resulted in ended my VIP membership… bye ✌️

"Adore me sells you a membership for $34.95 a month! If you do not order anything on or before the 6th day of each new month, you are charged the $34.95! It is similar to being punished for not doing anything wrong. I didn't get any of the benefits that the membership was supposed to give you. The 3 sets of bras and **** that I purchased were supposed to be on sale, but if you didn't spend a certain amount of money everything would go back to full price!
The items that I did order and receive fit well and seem to be made well.
I would suggest that you just buy as a one-time purchaser, rather than become a member of any expensive club! Unless you like paying $34.95 a month for nothing."
