"The tech I had today cleared up a lot of things for me today that the person yesterday failed to inform me of. He was very helpful and patient. After he told me things that I was told otherwise the day before he went into details and broke everything down for me and help me with refund information for other companies on programs I just paid for. I know it is not possible but if I could request a specific tech when I called for service he would be the one I would ask for. " The Barden household now has two of the cleanest, fastest, safest and the most updated drivers anybody could ask for. After ignoring all those links to update XP drivers, Mary Barden opened THE one and it just happened to be Advanced Tech Support. Never heard of this company, but after talking to one of their agents about what was wrong with our "older" computers, she had me convinced that going with what she suggested would fix our problems. It was a leap of faith for us to pay out that much money to an unknown company, but we are so glad we took this "leap." These knowledgeable folks stunned us with their skill as we watched them work on our computers in the remote mode. Their obvious training in "public relations" is outstanding also, as they had to deal with this old lady with a "severe to profound" hearing loss, compensated by the best hearing aids but still far from being perfect.
I have saved every ticket number, invoice number, phone number, and web site location just in case we ever need this kind of help again, and I'm sure we will. I have already told a number of friends about this extraordinary company, and will keep heaping the praise on Advanced Tech Support whenever the opportunity arises!
Sure would like to win that iPad Mini. I bought one online called a MID android from a reseller for $79. It looked pretty good, but the instruction book was a bad copy in Chinese. Haven't figured it out yet. Wondering if the nice Chinese waitress at the restaurant we patronize could read it to me!?! "
