"Hello---I needed to have tech finish up on purchases I had made yesterday, including PC MRI. Technician, Caroline took my call and immediately went on the job to take care of my continuous problems.
I watched the entire time she had taken--a total of nearly 6 hours in which she was "amazing" on what to do.
I highly recommend Caroline and as a request, I am wondering if there is such a thing as asking for her if potential problems arise again in the future.
I must admit that I was quite a bit dissatisfied from the purchases I made yesterday seeing the same problems today but I am very happy now and will certainly refer your company to others------thank you"

No down time by taking it to a computer store and waiting days for the work to be done. The techs were very friendly and patient while I tried to explain all my issues. "Every time I ask for something to be done it seems as though no one reads the notes completely. Tonight I had2 different people arguing with me weather something wasdone or not done and they finally found it in the notes. I was correct. It struck me odd that someone would argue with me instead of trying to listen to what i wanted. I am actually a paying customer. I AM THE MAN BEHIND THE DOLLAR and I am not treated well. Even if I do not understand computers or the jargon used by your company, I should never have to ask one of your employees if their voice is mad at me. AND then inform that person that their voice sounds mad at me. If you need help with customer service give me a call, I am actually pretty good at it and most, not all, of your employees I have dealt with are not very adept at customer service."
