"While ATS was unable to actually fix my computer, they were able to explain that my problems stemmed from my server, Hugh’s Net. Not to evaluate Hugh’s, but yikes. The first technition did the usual tune up and clean up. But my problems persisted. So I had a second technition check the machine over and he called me back and we discussed why I was having problems with slow reaction and freezing. Again, Hugh’s. As a side note, while living out in the boonies Hugh’s Net is better than nothing. Satellite service is very slow and the company rations the customer’s speed down as the use continues to rise during a billing cycle. So, just sayin’...if you are looking for speed, it’s not with Hugh’s Net. So, the techs were very patient and they didn’t try and sell me something to speed up my machine. I have been an ATS customer for about 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. "

"I received an email that said I had requested a cancellation. I did not. I called and was told that my current credit card was no
longer an available card to use. I changed credit cards. I received a renewal notice for $24. I was previous paying 19.99. I was not told of the increase. I went to the store page and see that my previous credit card was still listed as an available card to use, which is the preferred card. Right now I'm not sure what I have, so I guess another phone call is due. My experiences in the past with the techs has been great, so I would really like to get all this straightened out. "

"I actually had to sessions, the first session turned out to be a dud. The technician screwed up on several levels. I then called back and got a someone that actually made an effort to help me and was able to do so. That being said if it wasn't for the fact that I picked up on couple of important points during this process I would still have been left wanting. I have to think these people are trained to get through the session as quickly as possible as opposed to looking out for the clients needs.
Why would I know my invoice #? You asked me for the rating, that should be something you would have on file. I am not going to go back and look for it and end up losing what I just did.
