The last ATS agent with whom I had contact was very knowledgeable, reassuring, pleasant to deal with, professional, patient with my more limited knowledge, and apparently determined to resolve the issue. The actions he took were so far beyond my level of computer expertise that I will not attempt to review them here. I could tell from his actions on the screen that he delved into the problem in very great depth.
Since this activity was taking place during the middle of the night, and since the agent assured me that my continued presence was not required, I confidently left the problem in his hands … and went to bed. When I returned to the computer, he issue had been completely resolved. The computer was working fine … even better than before the issue arose.
In the course of the past two or three years, I have called ATS on numerous occasions with a wide variety of issues … some of an extremely complex nature. I have found ATS agents to be highly experienced and well-trained in ATS policies and procedures. Regardless of how complex or how simple a problem may be, I have never had ATS fail to resolve the issue. On the rare occasion that an agent feels the need to do so, the initial contact will escalate the issue to another level. They do whatever is necessary to solve a problem.
I can honestly and sincerely say that on more than one occasion, ATS has not only been a “life saver” for me, but on many occasions has saved me from great expense I would have incurred if I had been compelled to seek help locally.
In contrast to my prior DIASTROUS experience with another service this type, I can confidently recommend ATS without any reservation. I fully expect to continue to renew my subscription for their service as long as I continue to use a computer. (As a matter of fact, I just did.)

"I rang initiailly with regard to an email saying you would renew the above free of charge as I made a lifelong purchase. During the conversation I agreed to take out an annual service agreement as your company had been very helpful in the past. There were some issue with my PC but not a major crash. A junior technician appeared to have abandoned the job so I had to ring back. This happened 2 times in one day. The next day, it also took hours to get a senior technician to look at my PC and resolve the problems. This was after I'd been quite assertive and asked to speak to a supervisor.
To sum up, the service is great once the right person gets on the job but a lot of time was wasted by people who didn't really know when they were out of their depth and being put on hold and disconnected etc. I would tell anyone using your services to allow the best part of a day and not to contact you when they're in a hurry."
"I've used Advanced Tech Support for several years. A scam artist, at one point, destroyed my hard drive--erased all programs--and the techs worked all day for several days to restore my computer. I don't trust anyone else even to touch my computer. Now I have also covered my cousin's computer. Be safe. Enjoy your computer with no anxiety.

"this was a tough one. there was a hacker that put up a crazy Microsoft warning thing that was yelling at me from the computer. Advanced Tech support spent a lot of time cleaning up my computer. Then lost the connection. The computer went into a looping mode of rebooting and shutting down. It took many many attempts to get it out of that mode. Now it is working smoothly and efficiently. I just need to call them regularly to clean out the malware and junk."

"I called Advanced Tech Support because a friend has their service and he raves about them. My issue was that my printer wasn't working. My computer was also running slowly and had a few minor issues. It took one day to resolve all my issues. They found over 1,600 viruses and malware on my computer and got rid of all of them. I have Norton Antivirus and it obviously wasn't doing its job. They sold me Panda Antivirus and it's working quite well. Now my computer is running like it did when it was new and I'm able to print. I'm very happy with the service provide by Advanced Tech Support."
"I have been with the company for almost 3 years and have had very good results. They have always worked diligently to resolve my problems. Once, I was hacked by someone who said my computer would need to be "fixed" by him for $2000. He had frozen everything. I called ATS and they worked over four hours to repair his "fix"!
