"An excellent service although was a bit lengthy - three days in total(possibly due to the problems with my machine)and maybe some miscommunication. One of the three techs I spoke to was somewhat difficult to understand (strong Asian accent). Had to make three calls to fix my problems but now all resolved and my machine is running well. "It was a very mixed solution. I don't feel that 21 hours to resolve an issues(s) is a good time frame. Started yesterday mid afternoon. The folks working after hours were not helpful at all (listen to the tapes-Mia). This could have been resolved if a little research had been performed (lots of wasted time, mine and yours). It did end on a pleasant note this morning and was resolved in very timely manner. Very frustrating from my point (check the tapes if you record the calls). I am open to discussing further if it would help."
