"As a result of having new drivers installed in my computer, SafeCart recommended this procedure be done.
I was talking to Regan at Safecart with respect to my Receipt ID # DRUP-U1502142344-95BGY. I discussed with Regan that I purchased new drivers for my computer on Saturday Feb. 16th. My microsoft messages suggested that I needed to update my drivers. I tried to do so on my own but I was not successful. Consequently, I contacted Tech Support on Sunday Feb. 17th. Keep in mind that I purchased the new drivers for $57.35 and I was issued Receipt ID # DRUP-U1502142344-95BGY. This was fine.
When I contacted the Tech Support people, I talked with "David", who is a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He helped me with the driver application. David also explained to me that the computer annual tune-up, along with the "PANDA" pro-active hardware will complete my repair issues. I agreed to willingly. This was a little pricy at $460.00 and I was issued Receipt ID #CALL-U1602141606-88PTT. In the long run, a very good deal. Because I am a senior and on a fixed income and the unexpected cost, is it possible the $57.35 can be bundled together with tune-up and PANDA program I purchased and can the $57.35 be done away with.
I am very pleased with the advice and support I was provided.

"On the 15th February at around rang Tech Support at around 2.10p.m. Spoke to Technician. He experienced problem - he would transfer me to senior tech. Told me I didn't have to stay on phone - just don't touch mouse and keypad - if any problem would ring me. I went out. Returned hours later. Message said still waiting for technician. Went to bed. Approximately 3a.m. I got woken up - noise from computer room. Tech was working on laptop Went back to bed. At 8.30a.m. I saw a message on screen. Rang. Tech said job done and that I needed security. Bought Panda. Tech had difficulty installing - said he was going to transfer to senior tech. Keep checking throughout morning and afternoon to see what progress had been made. Checked 2.30p.m message said Work in progress. At 3.20p.m. there was a message asking me to ring. Spoke to Edward. Work was completed at 3.55p.m. That makes it just short of 26hours that my laptop was connected to you. I find this way too long. Something needs to be done about the amount of time between the first technician and the second technician. Thanks for listening to me. Frances"

Then I have reinstalled Windows 7 and worked the bugs out with the help of MicroSoft. I will say that this company did refund my account very promptly! Not sure what sure what happened to the driver update I purchased but I am afraid to reinstall it. "
