"I made 2 seperate orders with AdventureRV.net. As far as shipping, they are crazy fast. And as far as the first order, it worked exactly as expected (5 star rating on that order).
The second order came quickly as well. But the tool did not work at all. The set screw kept slipping, and the weld that held it in place broke. Filed a return claim with AdventureRV, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer. AdventureRV's return policy says 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well, I am 0% satisfied with this tool. That I was never even able to use, to its poor quality. "
