"Beware of what you are getting yourself into when you purchase online from
Adventure RV. They shipped me a part that I did not order. They shipped me a replacement part< but it would not work on my RV. I ordered an analog part per the description on their website, and they shipped me a digital replacement that would not work. You cannot call them, as they hide behind the "email only communication". Then you receive one word responses that do not answer the questions asked, just keep responding that they are not at fault. I had to pay to return the p[arts, and have yet to receive any acknowledgement that they are going to refund my money. It was a terrible experience. A ordered the part from one of their competitors (Dyers) and received the correct part in 2 days. I will never purchase from Adventure RV again, and suggest that others heed my advice."

They respond 2 days later stating they can't ship to the provided address. I replied directly to there email 2 hours later with a different address. 2 days later still hasn't shipped. Emailed again and they said they didn't receive a different address. Forwarded them the email again. Well over a week that they've received my money and still nothing has shipped.
