I paid a few extra bucks for "accelerated handling or whatever they call it. The shipped within a few days and it arrived as expected.
The product was identical to the OEM's motor, as far as I could tell.
What more could one expect?!

"I'm not sure what others consider quick delivery time from this company, I bought a porta potty from them for over a hundred buck and it's somewhere in limbo , fedex tracking says it has a printed tag for it ,but when i sent a "ticket" on it to the adventurer/v they didn't know if it had even left their warehouse after 5 days . So here i am 5 days later wondering if it has been shipped?, is on route?, sitting at adventurer/v wait for fedex pickup? Not a very good system at all ,have done business with plenty other companies and they can tell you when an item shipped and approximately you should receive it, buyer's beware!!!"

"They had the part I needed, however due to the lack of live customer service, it cost me almost double what it should have. When I used their live chat to verify I had the right part the second time I ordered all they did was send me a link to the manufacturer. I had to return the first part. I had to pay $150 to ship a $300 part back, because after issuing the RMA #, I was told I had 5 days to return it. Then of course it's subject to a 25% restocking fee. I'm a reasonable person, but my experience left me feeling screwed. Beware!"

"I think you would be better off if you used UPS for shipping. Fedex got the package within 90 miles and turned it over to USPS(Post office) They took almost as long for their 90 miles as Fedex took for their almost 1000 miles.

Maybe you could give a choice of shipping methods.
